Substandard Product
Haven't even used it for cleaning yet. Was trying the attachments, and the Velcro fastener pulled off while pulling off the soft scrub. Not to forget the attachments are so hard to pull off as if they'd break while doing so. Disappointed.

Defective product, no support, no warranty
Product was not working. Packaging and delivery was good but product looks to he defective. Didn’t get much help from Amazon as this is a non returnable and no warranty product. Unfortunately, didn’t pay attention to these details while buying.
