This carefully crafted formula features 1000mg of Berberine as the star ingredient, PLUS 200 mcg of Chromium Picolinate, 50mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid, and 50mg of Cinnamon Bark, so each convenient serving of Berberine Plus from SlimFast can support your journey. Review: Pills - It really does stop your cravings. Review: Convenient brand-name supplement for your berberine/cinnamon needs - This was an unexpected brand to find for review. I've been taking various complicated Berberine supplements over the last year or two, and this one brings it down to four ingredients, a gram of Berberine, 200 micrograms of Chromium Picolinate, 50mg of Alphia Lipoic Acid, and 50mg of cinnamon. They're normal-size capsules; the photo shows a US nickel for scale, as I didn't have my usual quarter handy. There's a mild scent in the bottle, but no noticeable taste or smell at the two capsule dose. THe bottle includes 30 daily doses of two capsules each, for a bit under a dollar a day at the current $25 price. As with all supplements I've reviewed, I can't speak to the long-term efficacy of this supplement, or whether it's right for you. Supplements may not work for everyone, and they can take weeks to months (or more) to have any noticeable effect. But from the mechanics of the capsules to the price per daily dose, they're pretty good. ## Features - Convenient capsules (2 per serving) - 1000mg Berberine HCl per serving - 200 mcg Chromium Picolinate per serving - 50mg Alpha Lipoic Acid per serving - 50mg of Cinnamon Bark per serving ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D8N6QNND | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #168,254 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #257 in Appetite Control & Suppressants | | Brand | SlimFast | | Brand Name | SlimFast | | Container Type | Bottle | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 out of 5 stars 120 Reviews | | Dosage Form | Capsule | | Flavor | Unflavoured | | Item Form | Capsule | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Item Weight | 50 g | | Manufacturer | Glanbia Performance Nutrition | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Information | Bottle | | Package Quantity | 1 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Weight Loss | | Special Ingredients | Alpha Lipoic Acid, Berberine HCl, Chromium Picolinate, Cinnamon Bark | | Total Servings Per Container | 30 | | UPC | 008346957248 | | Unit Count | 60 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** SlimFast - **Item Form:** Capsule - **Item Package Quantity:** 1 - **Manufacturer:** Glanbia Performance Nutrition - **Package Information:** Bottle ## Images ![SlimFast Berberine Plus Capsules, Berberine Supplement, with Berberine hcl, Chromium Picolinate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Cinnamon Bark, 60 Count, 30 Servings - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61A06GcgAlL.jpg) ![SlimFast Berberine Plus Capsules, Berberine Supplement, with Berberine hcl, Chromium Picolinate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Cinnamon Bark, 60 Count, 30 Servings - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61XCG0U5qCL.jpg) ![SlimFast Berberine Plus Capsules, Berberine Supplement, with Berberine hcl, Chromium Picolinate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Cinnamon Bark, 60 Count, 30 Servings - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61gRJrmgsbL.jpg) ![SlimFast Berberine Plus Capsules, Berberine Supplement, with Berberine hcl, Chromium Picolinate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Cinnamon Bark, 60 Count, 30 Servings - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71LjOgq9qgL.jpg) ![SlimFast Berberine Plus Capsules, Berberine Supplement, with Berberine hcl, Chromium Picolinate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Cinnamon Bark, 60 Count, 30 Servings - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81ZUUYfG2uL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pills *by K***E on August 4, 2026* It really does stop your cravings. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Convenient brand-name supplement for your berberine/cinnamon needs *by R***K on September 7, 2024* This was an unexpected brand to find for review.
