Q: are they high waisted

No, not high-waisted in the current high-waistedness of things. But the waist is loose, with a drawstring closure, so you can wear them where they're comfy for you.

Q: What is the inseam for the joggers?

No idea...but the way that I understand "joggers" working is that there's no sole right spot for them to hit the lower leg either. I'm 5'8" (but shrinking, so maybe only 5'7") and tried on the medium...and they hit just fine.

Q: Are these pants thin?

They have a silky feel to them like pajama bottoms. I would consider them summer pants (lightweight) not winter pants.
