When receiving this delivery and opening the box, will the person opening the box see a label indicating pink? I dont want the receiver to know.

Yes, it is on the back of the box. Not on the tubes, but on the box the tubes come in. However, mine said pink on the box and blue confetti came out. There is no way to check the actual color before.

This is a gift and i dont want the person to know the color. Is it discrete or it says it some where?

Discrete but some of the powder did fall out and you could see it - it says what it is on the box not on the tube itself

Does it have to be scratched to know the color?

When u get them the package tells pink or blue. After u take them out of the package if u have both colors u won't know which is which until u pop them. They worked well for us
