Really impressed with this SUNLU 3KG TPU filament. I’ve been using it on my Bambu Lab A1, and it ran without a single issue from start to finish. The larger spool needed a bit of setup, so I printed a simple holder to mount it on top of the printer, and that solved it perfectly. After that, everything fell smoothly. Print quality has been excellent — consistent extrusion, clean layers, and no tangling or feeding problems at all. TPU can sometimes be tricky, but this one behaved really reliably even on longer prints. One extra thing worth mentioning is that it has zero smell during printing, which is a big plus compared to some other filaments. I wish I had more colours to choose. I need a dark brown from this brand and can't find it. Overall, very happy with it. Solid value for a large spool, and I’d definitely buy it again.

Surprised how well it prints, using bambu default TPU 95a settings and printing on A1 and A1-mini, no stringing, nice glossy prints, good flexibility.

While SUNLU generally produces exceptionally high-quality filaments, there is some very important information you need to know about this specific green TPU before purchasing. We run a 3D printing farm where colour consistency is absolutely critical for our clients. The shade of green you actually receive is noticeably darker than what is shown in the listing pictures. To be completely precise, the true colour matches PANTONE 2423C, HEX #00AA13, and RGB (0, 170, 19). If you rely on strict visual tolerances for your professional parts, you must be aware of this exact discrepancy. When it comes to the physical printing process, you must properly prep this material. Even though it arrives vacuum-sealed from new, this TPU absolutely must be dried at 55 to 60 degrees Celsius for 6 to 8 hours before use. If you skip this step, you will inevitably suffer from poor print quality. Furthermore, despite any high-speed marketing claims on the packaging, the golden rule for SUNLU TPU remains the same: print it slowly. No matter what machine you run or what settings you tweak, dialling back the speed is the only way to yield exceptional, flawless results. From a business and financial standpoint, one massive benefit that I truly appreciate is the inclusion of a reusable spool. Because we go through a large volume of material and use many filament refills, this completely eliminates the excessive waste associated with standard cardboard spools, which keeps our workspace efficient and our operations cost-effective. Aside from the initial colour mismatch and the mandatory drying time, the material itself is fantastic. It works like an absolute dream for producing durable gaskets, vacuum adaptors, and various other functional parts we manufacture professionally.

Works well for me in my Bambi p2s. Haven’t printer anything large yet but done a few small prints successfully. It extrudes well and sticks to the bed well. A bit fiddly as can’t use the ams to print you but that’s the printer not the filament. So far very happy

I have always used PLA for my printing but wanted to do some flexible lids so TPU. Having seen youtube videos of clogged nozzles and how moisture absorbant the filament is supposed to be I was very worried. No need. My Flashforge printer had no issues switching PLA for TPU. No clogs. Great bed adhesion. Very little stringing and brilliant prints. Each spool allows you to print a lot of simple objects and you can swap colours as you want with so many to choose from. 250g may seem small but for TPU its plenty.

I went into this TPU expecting more pain after a pretty awful experience with another brand, so I was genuinely surprised by how well this SUNLU TPU performed. Once dried and loaded, it just… worked. No drama, no random failures, and no fighting the printer for hours. Print quality is excellent, layer adhesion is strong, and it handles speed far better than I expected for TPU. I was comfortably printing at 80–100 mm/s and even pushed 120 mm/s on infill, which honestly felt wrong for TPU – but it held up perfectly. The filament is well wound, feeds smoothly with no tangles, and the diameter consistency is clearly good as extrusion stayed stable throughout long prints. There’s very little/no smell while printing, which was a nice bonus, and overall it feels like a properly made filament rather than something you have to “babysit”. For the price, this is great value and a massive contrast to the TPU from another brand that had me questioning my life choices earlier in the week. Printed on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon, external spool, dried at 50 °C, 225 °C first layer and 230 °C after. Once dialled in, it’s been a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended – especially if you’ve already been burned by bad TPU before.

This fillement worked perfectly streight out of the box. I have a Bambu printer with AMS. 1 thi g to note is that the Banbu AMS don't support any TPU filament so you have to use the rear external mount and load the fillement. This is a very easy process.

With print profile provided by Sunlu, the print results on Bambulab A1 mini are quite precise with a smooth surface, strong layer adhesion even at high speeds. Also this tpu has allmost no stinging. 30% Cheaper then competitors gives a good price/quality ratio.

El SUNLU TPU Filamento para Impresora 3D me ha dado resultados excelentes. Es plástico con pequeña flexibilidad, en piezas pequeñas se deforman un poco, depende para que lo quieras utilizar, supongo que para algunas pieza puede valer, pero no es como engomada más bien es plástico flexible en piezas delgadas, contra mas gruesa sea la pieza va perdiendo flexibilidad.

I wasted at least 2/3 of the spool because it kept getting stuck. I had to unroll the spool and rewind it. This stuff was tangled through the whole spool.
