Main reason, I could not get the camcorder to down load videos to my laptop! like all my cameras do. WHAT GOOD IS THE CAMERA? Even my techie wife could not do it TO DOWNLOAD! and NO ONE to call or email with for help! Chinese crap. sent it back.. my phone does just a s good

Received my camcorder, nothing really wrong with it. Turns on and everything looks fine, however I am missing the most important part of the package which is the supposedly included 64GB SD Card. It’s the one piece of the package that I need and can do anything with the camcorder without it. Spending $250 I’d expect to receiveve all the parts advertised.

The media could not be loaded.  I can recommend this camera. It is excellent for outdoor memories if there is plenty of light and you don't want to drain your phone's battery. It's also fantastic for your kids if they are looking into becoming filmmakers.The video quality is great, i was very surprised.I was also impressed with everything you get in the box.Aside from the handle and lens hood, you get large batteries, a remote control, HDMI cable and a charger for the batteries. It even has a battery powered microphone for better sound.The camera is very easy to setup and use.

It has better extra features such as a microphone, handheld stabilizer, good touch screen compared to other cheap cameras, this camera has a 6K ultra HD and 64mp lens configuration. The microphones and grips supplied are good accessories and are usually available at extra cost. The handle is also handy for recording easily from different angles. The camera can also be easily attached to a standard tripod. This applies to these products.I really like the bright LCD touch screen. It's more sensitive than my last camera.For my part, I recommend using a high-speed memory card to get smooth HD footage to transfer image quality to memory. This requires a good high-speed memory card.Overall, the camera is very good. Photos are very useful. Very lightweight. Glad to have this！
