This book is soooo helpful. And beautiful step by step guides. Highly recommend.

Of all the embroidery books I have this gives the best instructions for each project. I’m not a beginner, but if so, you could certainly understand how to do the project. Author provides a very clear photo pointing out how many strands, what color and what stitch for each part of the design. Then she shows you in pictures how to proceed in the stitching. Most books give you photos of the finished projects, then in the back of book the design outline in black and white, with info on how many strands and what stitches. It’s difficult to follow and I am always flipping back and forth trying to figure out what color and stitch to use, from the finished photo. Tedious. Well done Celeste.

I’m not a beginner so I’m a little thrown off by the number of patterns in such a large book (I didn’t read close enough) but the amount of detail in here for someone new is insane! Love the color theory and the color chart all in one place! Super helpful!

Cozy Stitches is a beautiul embroidery book! While I am an experienced stitcher, the book's patterns are written so that even a beginner can begin to embroider. I love the patterns and plan on stitching up several of them. Very thorough directions are included. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to get into embroidery or anyone that just wants to stitch some beautiful patterns!
