Have used another brand in the past. These are so much better. They wash up great. Even heavy grease washes right off.

Great mats for baking & keeps my desserts from sticking to my sheet pans.The mats fit average sheet pan & silicone mats are easy to clean.I would purchase again!

I am a long-time baker and was using lots of parchment paper when baking sweets for all occasions. I found out from a friend that I could purchase a silicone baking sheet for my baking and use over and over again. I like the fact this is a great substitute for parchment paper. I like the fact these silicone mats fit pretty well inside my cookie sheets, and I like they can be used at pretty high temps. However, I had to work very hard with my sponge and quality dish shop to get these clean and once they are dry, they attract airborne debris. I store my two mats in my baking pan upper drawer and just inspect them very well prior to my next use. I would have given 5 stars if not for the hard to clean and attracting debris. I would recommend these mats for baking.
