I've been using this for five days now and according to what the description says, it appears to be doing what it's supposed to. Unlike some other products that can cause discomfort, this doesn't at all. It works without causing any cramps or making you feel dehydrated. If you want something that works a little more naturally, I'd recommend this. I've tried other products and this one not only works, but it works with no discomfort at all.

I did the recommended two capsules a day. For the first few days, my body got rid of a lot of waste, which thrilled me greatly. As the days have progressed, it has slowed down, which is a great sign.My body never felt weird, or nauseas, or "out of balance" - this product made the cleansing process feel natural and easy. The capsules were easy to swallow with water or whatever cool beverage you prefer, and they did not smell bad or leave an aftertaste of any kind.I have been very pleased with how this product has worked for my system. Very pleased indeed.

Pills are normal sized and has a slight smell.After using for a couple of weeks, I can say it works.I feel like my appetite has gone down, really flushes you.

After 5 Days still no bowl movement

These are easy to swallow and so far are having good results. I started by taking one for 2 days then increased to two in the morning and now I'm good to "go" later in the day. I did find that upping my water intake made things move easier, as I had some belly cramps that cleared up when I increased my fluids. Good ingredients, good price, seems to be a good product all around.

I've used similar products to this before, but decided to give this one a try since the ingredients are ever so slightly different and it was a better value.It works, although not as good as others I've used before. By that, I mean that I wasn't sent to the bathroom immediately the day after, which is good in it's own way. I would say this was more of a milder cleanse than the breaking of the dam that I'm used to.

As seen on TikTok, had to try it for myself. Easy to swallow pills. Feel the effect in a few days. Gentle cleanse. Great way to detoxify your body.

I do not feel cleansed at all after using these.I have used gut-cleansing capsules from other manufacturers before, so I know what to expect. Other versions kick in quickly and show their effectiveness throughout the entire regimen. I got none of those results from these.These had the same effect on me as regular fiber capsules with psyllium husk, which is a major ingredient here and is available much cheaper from Metamucil and its generic variations. The other ingredients did nothing for me.These have a slightly musty smell and flavor, but they go down easily. Once there, they just didn’t do anything for me beyond the fiber effect.Maybe you will have better results. Take two a day for 15 days, drink plenty of water throughout the day, and see what happens. Or doesn’t.My gut instinct is these are placebo capsules. I am giving them two out of five stars based on the psyllium effect.
