Is this good for weld tips .035

It's not good for anything to be honest. i ignored all the bad reviews and bought it, but it's just garbage. I went to go clean my welding tip and the bit wouldn't stay put, just kept spinning everytime i tried to use it

Will this work to clean the tiny holes in a kitchen sink sprayer?

Yes it will work, but not as good as the wire type. Small drill bits are easy to lose and break. Check out the Hobart 770084

Not sure if it would work for that. You'd just have to hold your breath and try it. I'd say you have a 50-50 chance of fixing the crack or making it bigger. Be aware that the only power for this device is supplied by your own muscles.
