I've been using this brand of melatonin for YEARS. It's great, since you don't have anything extra or unnecessary in the tablets and also because you just let them dissolve under your tongue and that's it. Excellent quality, excellent ease-of-use, and nothing superfluous to deal with. They're super-tiny, and they dissolve quickly and I believe they really help me fall asleep and stay asleep. Just check the amount of melatonin to be sure you're getting the amount you want - this company makes a range of amounts. Everything they make is great, and I've been so impressed with their melatonin that I've begun using a few of their other supplements as well. No complaints at all.

Superior Source Melatonin has been a real asset in quality and quantity of sleep. I love that its a lozenger! If I wake up too early, one tiny lozenger under my tongue and a Sugar-free lozenger underneath and within minutes I am asleep for three to four hours more! Ignore negative reviews, unless you have some sort of allergies to chamomile or other products ingredients...or if you plan on taking it while operating machinery...duh !! Seriously, not really bitter...unless you are a big ole baby. Super tiny, dissolves quickly, and nighty night amigo's. Best melatonin by far...ever. Easy to take and zonks me out within 20 min. This is a GOD SEND!!! THE BEST HANDS DOWN BEST melatonin on the market!!! the delivery method of this dissolving tablet is PHENOMENAL!!! It works and it is gently puts you to sleep with out that icky medication feeling, FYI, melatonin production decreases when we don't get enough sunlight during the day, as we age or get exposed to lights at night. BTW melatonin is so much more than a sleep aid. It's a potent antioxidant which protects against cancer, it protects the thymus which is part of the immune system, and reverses the aging clock. THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY AND BEST ONE ON THE MARKET IMO.

I have used several other melatonin supplements as sleep aids, but this is definitely the most effective so far. The only drawback is that there is no flavoring, so you do want to stick it under your tongue & leave it there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with trouble falling asleep, as I have already done.

I've been using Melatonin for years to help me fall asleep, which it absolutely does, fast! This brand helps me fall asleep even quicker! I usally take it 10 minutes before bed, and I'm out about 15 minutes later. This Melatonin come in the form of a pill, a very small pill you let dissolve under your tongue. The taste is very slight, a s little bitter but not bad at all. Does what it claims too so and at a great price for that I give 5 stars. Now if only I could find something to help me sleep in past 7:30 am.

Great product. It is not flavored and some may find it slightly bitter, but I do not mind and prefer products with less fillers. I have tried the gummies and sublingual delivery works much better and much faster.
