I bought your Mivi Q700d Soundbar from Amazon. I am looking for 5.1 Dolby Audio on this system but it does not support 5.1 Dolby Sound.I checked every way, HDMI ARC, OPTICAL, but your soundbar neither supported 5.1 channel nor supported all the channels simultaneously.You are mentioning Dolby in your sound bar but it is not able to output sound in 5.1 Dolby. Or it is not surround, it just works like a normal 5.1 speaker.I also tried connecting my Hdmi arc port to Mitv but it was automatically disconnecting and connecting after 5 minutes regularlyWhen u play original 5.1 dolby movie and on 5.1 dolby then sound is off only video no sound..Please tell me is this 5.1 Dolby sound or have you named your soundbar as Dolby Audio just to sell it?Why are you misleading the public by talking about Dolby audio in your soundbar?This product might be defective, so I have ordered a new one for replacement. If these problems are there in this as well, then the soundbar for you is just a normal soundbar and not a 5.1 one.Bass and volume is good, and no mention what the power or subwoofer or soudbar.

At first I have a doubts that whether it will perform good or not but the moment I turned on the soundbar it's just a bomb ..., I usually play at the fullest volume and I must say not a single distortion...the bass is punchy but it's had a different tuning under volume 20 the the base is decent and the sound signature is more focused on vocals but when you turn up the volume more than 25 the sound signature completely changes and it transforms into something extraordinary...the base is phenomenal as it's a 8 inch subwoofer which in fact quite impressive.... just go for it brother...it's a no brainer ...

The media could not be loaded. A. I received this product with a basic not a standard packaging covered with normal transparent wide cello tape, which was not properly sealed…..found not a company sealed packed system. I doubt that I have received a used faulty product.B. While playing, I’ve found nos. of faults in the system, which are listed as below;a. It automatically got disconnected off & then automatically on after some time frequently most of the time in a day, while playing. It’s totally frustrating & irritating.b. Sometimes I found abnormal high buzz sounds in the woofer frequently & that time no song sound came through the system, only a high buzzzz sound from the woofer. And sometimes I found distortion too in the woofer while playing the song sound.c. Sometimes volume was increased automatically without any human intervention.d. Sometimes I noticed disconnecting issues while increasing or decreasing the volume via remote.e. While playing on Bluetooth mode to TV, I found delay in sound & picture, not sync. Setted the delay settings in TV to sync both but didn’t succeed.f. I have tried by changing my HDMI cable to a new one but the problem is as it is even replaced with new HDMI high speed ethernet 2.1 cable, no change even in Bluetooth or HDMI mode.C. I lodged a complaint to Amazon & she told me to lodge a complaint directly to MIVI and then MIVI OEM will return / replace the system, while I've taken it from the amazon and they are helpless to help me.D. I bought the first time MIVI system by reading the good reviews about the system but unfortunately It didn’t work for me.E. I am totally frustrated / irritated with this purchase and want my money back or replacement immediately.

I ordered this product in great Indian festival. Product not bad but i observed optical fiber input having an issue ie delivering very low sound and bass drop and some times sterio speaker hangout while connecting to Optical fiber. But connect to coaxile it gives better sound experience. And this is not giving 5.1 experience because voice also comes in sterio speakers. But in 8000/- it worthable other wise don't buy.

Review after using this product for 3 months.In one line - "Dont Buy it".Bass is good. Sound quality is good. But this product has lot of software issues. Bluetooth connectivity is not good gets disconnected frequently, tried with different devices.only good with mobiles.When is it connected to tv or laptop or smart monitor in any mode like blutooth or hdmi cable l, the volume keeps increasing or decreasing automatically. Its really frustrating. You need have both remote near you always.Disconnection happens with HDMI cable as well but less than BT.Not worth buying even at this cost. Invest some more and get a quality product.

I would not recommend this sound bar to anyone. The sound quality is not worth the price. Mivi claims it is a Dolby-supported sound bar, but it doesn’t provide any surround sound output. It feels like a standard local 5.1 sound bar. The HDMI connectivity is even worse, frequently connecting and disconnecting every five to ten minutes for no apparent reason. Getting support from customer care is even more difficult. I filed a warranty claim and received service after about a month. While the connectivity issue was fixed, the center speaker stopped working. Now, I have to wait for weeks for service again. I really regret buying this product.
