The media could not be loaded.  A great bit of kit for shutting out the light.You can adjust the tightness of the head strap to provide the perfect fit and the cushioning around the eye and nose area really adds to the performance of this product and helps provide stability when in use.It is comfortable to wear as the weight of this product is not much at all. It does a great job of blocking out the morning light that tends to make it's way around your curtains and into your room.I would suggest pairing this with some blackout curtains and ear plugs to achieve the best results and a great night's sleep.In addition to being useful for blocking out the light when sleeping, this is also pretty good for holding back hair out of your face when washing it in the mornings.All in all I would say this is a worthwhile investment and essentual for those of us who work night shifts and sleep during the day.

An incredibly soft and comfortable sleep mask. It comes in a full-colour card box and inside a plastic zippered pouch, which could be retained for storage. The mask is very soft to the touch. There is nothing rigid inside it. Around the edge is a thick cushion of memory foam which gives a soft comfortable fit against the face, it also serves to block out stray light from the edges. I found it 100% blackout as claimed. Due to the edge padding, it is lifted away from the eyes, so very comfortable to wear. It is lightweight and comfortable. The elasticated strap is adjustable, I have a very large circumference head, and it fits me fine. The quality is perfect, with no stray fibres, and neat seams. I like small details such as the panels to reinforce the strap. It’s well-made, and you can feel it.Comfortable to wear, good quality and full blackout. Ideal for travelling, snoozing in the car or on holidays. Well worth it. Highly recommended.

My last one of this kind of thing kept riding up my rather Roman nose. This one stays put and really does blackout. It's also so comfortable that when I needed to snooze my alarm I got really annoyed at my phone for the screen not turning on, had I removed this I would have realised the phone was doing everything I had asked. Also this does not press on your eyes at all, I really can't big it up enough.

I had been meaning to get a pair of these for a while, as I travel relatively frequently and these would be useful on the plane when trying to sleep.The material is very soft, with no catching edges. It's also very lightweight, I had thought it would weigh more when I first saw it.The head strap is adjustable, so will fit most heads, although maybe not children.Whilst I haven't tried it out on a flight yet I did need it the last few days as I had been ill and needed to sleep in the daytime.These completely block out any light, I even tried with a torch and didn't see any light leakage, quite impressive.I thought that I wouldn't be able to sleep with these on, as I sleep on my side, but in use I was able to get a good few hours sleep during a sunny British Summer day, which really helped.I didn't feel any discomfort when waking up, the only thing I can say is that, as expected, the parts of your face covered by the mask are a bit warmer, but really not as much as I thought.I also didn't get any weird lines on my face as there are no hard parts to dig in to you.Overall I really like this mask, it's soft, comfortable and lightweight, making it easy to travel with.

The eye mask arrived boxed and protected inside by a zipped plastic bag.It is very soft to the touch internally and externally with a pleasantly soft memory foam inside. The strap can be adjusted easily by moving a clasp over the slightly elasticated band. Even though easy to move when off, the clasp doesn’t slip once it is put on and slightly stretched.For me (and I guess most people) the important features of an eye mask are comfort and light blocking and this one is good for both. The soft sponge is shaped so that there is no contact with the eyelids (though see later) or even eyelashes. Where the mask does touch the face it is soft and comfortable and it lets in literally zero light. I must say that this is the first eye mask I have ever tried where that is the case, although the foam protuberance at the bottom does make contact with the very bottom of the eyelid if the mask slips a little. Although I am bothered by light when trying to sleep, I have given up with all previous attempts at wearing an eye mask because I find the slight pressure on my eyes disturbing. Perhaps I am over sensitive in this respect but this one is very much better than others I have tried, if not perfect, and I will persevere with it.At the current price of £9.99 this is priced reasonably I think. You can find slightly cheaper ones on the Amazon site, but this one is well made, comfortable and it does what it says it will do. As for a rating, I will give 4 stars. It could be that for someone with a smaller face, you may not be affected by the minor issue mentioned above, and for you this might be a 5 star purchase.

Excellent product: very comfortable to wear, stays in place well overnight, 100% light blocking, foam earplugs are also included inside the box to use if you wish. I particularly like the 'zero eye pressure' design: there are a few centimetres of space between the outer shell of the mask and your eyes, so the fabric does not come into direct contact with your eyelids at all.I much prefer this design to other masks I have used, where the masks presses directly onto your eyes, leaving them sticky and gritty when you wake. This feels far more hygienic. I was lucky enough to receive my mask via the VINE programme, so I received the grey/beige colour, but I notice that this mask is available to purchase in a wide variety of attractive colours so there will be something to please everyone! Thumbs up from me!

I didn't think much for a simple product but it actually does what it's supposed to well.It's comfy enough I can wear it without any irritation, adjustable, and soft. It has low pressure on my face and none on my eyes. It's easy to put on and take off. Lastly, it really blocks all light. I can shine a high lumen flashlight at it and no light penetration occurs or light leakage.Great for daytime napping, blocking out all the misc LEDs from devices at night, or any not-ideal darkness situations from street lamps or passing cars. Even if darkness isn't a problem, it's nice because it encourages me to keep my eyes shut, and if I do open them, it's nothing but darkness so nothing to distract me.

This Gritin blackout sleep mask really works well, I have a few of them and use it every night. Even when I use it in the day time in bright daylight, it still helps block out 95% of the light to help with a nap or meditation session. The fabric is soft and easy to clean. They suggest hand washing but I've put it through a wash and dry and no colors bled nor did anything bad happen to it. Looks and feels just like new. Perhaps it may not be the best for the elastic strap over multiple machine washes so I still suggest following the handwash instruction. The color is vibrant. The strap is easy to adjust. The 3d space allows for eyes to blink without the eyelashes touching any fabric. I'll never sleep without these again.

The mask is comfortable and fits well on my face. The result is a comfortable sleep in complete darkness without any pressure on my eyes. Only time will tell how durable the mask is: in two weeks of use it still looks like new. The previous mask (different manufacturer) lasted two years - not too bad for a cheap one. I expect a bit more for this one - at least it seems well-designed and manufactured. YMMV
