Great for hydration and sodium
I love these, they mix well and taste delicious. Super salty in the best way and provide great hydration. They dissolve much better than other brands I’ve tried. I look forward to trying other flavours.

Training Necessity!!
Really enjoying using these Puresport Electrolytes! They’re super handy and so easy to use – I’ve stashed a few sachets in my bag so I can just grab one for a bike ride, run, or gym session. The raspberry flavour’s got that nice fruity hit with a salty edge, and it mixes perfectly with water – I’ve found 800ml is the sweet spot. Since I started using them, I’ve noticed way better performance and zero cramps, even on brutal assault bike sessions. They’ve basically become a staple for me now, and I can see this being a regular monthly order. Can’t wait to work my way through all the flavours and see which one becomes my go-to!

Great for effective hydration
The watermelon flavour was refreshing and not overbearing. I also like the high sodium content vs other brands, which is particularly important in warm weather training

Doesn’t dissolve in water
You could mix this stuff for about an hour in your shaker and it just doesn’t dissolve in the water. Literally tried it in a bullet, a whisk, a good old fork in the shaker and some elbow grease but within about 30 seconds it all just sits at the bottom of the cup. I highly recommend stirring it as fast as you can and then drink, then repeat. I’ve had other brands and they’ve dissolved no issue. The flavour is ok, but I suggest using bottled water, ice cold for the best result. I have tried it with the council stuff that comes out the tap and I sooner pour it away. If I could send this back I would but I’m preserving with it! Certainly won’t be buying again.

Good product but damn the taste is horrendous
No issue with the quality of the product but damn it taste soooo salty. Verging on undrinkable for me which is a shame because the little sachets are super handy to carry on long runs. The taste doesn't stay in your mouth long but the initial flavour hit with every sip is pure salt water and that's not a good thing!!
