I wanted it to carry our bikes including an Ebike fat bike which the review said it was suitable for. When it arrived fitting it to the tow bar was a doddle. However the fat bike would not fit due to the retaining straps being too short. I contacted the vendor and the next day a set of longer straps was delivered free of charge. I have now used this rack for an extended trip across Europe. It is very solid, very secure, easy to use and of course everything is lockable. Very highly recommended, both product and vendor.
