Let me start by saying that this is the first review I have ever written.Lol but with that being said,I purchased this printer a few weeks ago.The set up is straight forward and quite easy as well.I have had to contact customer service on a couple things like ink settings.However,Levi,Jeepers and Lancelot all reached out very promptly to help with the small isiI was having.Yheybwere all extremely helpful and my problem was solved.This printer is amazing and is built to last.Im loving the vibrant prints I get from it.All in all after searching for my great white Buffalo DTF printer the Lancelot 1630 has met all of my expectations.I wouldn't hesitate to encourage anyone to buy this printer It is Awesome!

Amazing printer. Does everything I need it to do and more. Easy to maintain and easy to setup and use. Tech support is very helpful and are there to help you every step of the way! Jun Hao made it very easy and answered any questions I had along the way. Remember they are in a different time zone so be patient. This printer is worth every second of the wait!! You won't be disappointed no matter your skill level.

Shipping was a little confusing but was delivered. Said I need to be home to sign for it, but Amazon just left it at my door. As far as the printer it is amazing and the tech support is fantastic 👏 they were so help and even keep checking on me days after to make sure everything was running smoothly. I am so happy with my purchase.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Not only is the printer great quality, their support and tech team are fantastic and responsive. Setting up was a breeze and quality of prints is top notch! Even went out of town the weekend following and the holiday mode is a great asset to the machine. Very pleased.

Solid DTF Printer! Build quality is fantastic. Pretty straight forward setup. Laptop with drivers and software is a nice touch and makes functionality easy. Have made a few shirts so far with outstanding quality.Had, what I thought, was an issue with a setting in the software, long story short the issue was with my graphic being used. That's said, tech support Levi was online and able to assist. Even went to the software developer to make sure I didn't have something we lied going on. That's above and beyond and a level of service you don't often get these days.

Lancelot is perfect for anyone! The tech support is very helpful and will get you set up quickly and hassle free. It is very easy to use! The color quality is exceptional! Printer functions as it should with no issues! Highly recommend!
