Nice doggie door! Assembly was basically easy. Be sure to install the lock on the inside frame before you bolt the frame together in place! If you don't, you will have to take it back apart to install the lock! They don't tell you that! Also, the lock, templates and hardware are in a skinny box in between the door flaps. It's easy to not see it and think it wasn't in your package. Just look for it, it's there. It hides! Outside of that, I had no troubles with the installation. I like the three flap option. It will be good for in the winter! Overall, it seems to be a good value for the price I paid. It's made of quality materials, and it's easy to install! Now, if I can just get my dog to figure out that evil flap! She will come and go if the flap is up out of the way, but she doesn't like that flap!

Loved everything about this doggie door. Heavy duty construction. Double flap and strong magnet but not too strong. Pugs can still get through. Looks nice and instruction were easy to follow. Cut into the door & installed myself. Based on my experience I Highly recommmed this unit.

It’s well worth the money easy to install. Keep out the weather. My dog loves it.

Bought a year ago but wanted to use for a while before reviewing. Overall it’s a good product It has held up ok. Only complaint is the doors have actually shrunk a little so there are gaps on the sides. The magnets are strong and work well so top and bottom are well sealed; just side issues.

This pet door is very well made, with metal parts, not plastic. It was easy to install and the door seal works well to keep cold air out. The sliding door panel works well and conveniently locks in place.

This doggy door has been the perfect solution for my 65-pound husky-golden mix. The quality is excellent, it’s sturdy, and it was easy to install—I set it up on my own without any trouble. My dog uses it constantly, and it has held up well against both the Texas heat and the snowstorm we experienced last week. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it to other dog owners.

I bought this to replace a dog door that I had which was made of plastic. My dogs literally tore the old one apart. This one was easy enough to install, the size was bigger than my old one but still fine, and it feels well made. I have big dogs, a small dog, and two cats. Even the cats (20lbs each) can get through the flaps with no issues. The flaps keep it well insulated, much better than the old one. It functions as intended. I got this dog door at a better price than the big box stores in my area and it's better built.

I am absolutely appalled by the quality of this doggy door. Upon arrival, it was blatantly clear that this product has a major design flaw or a severe quality control issue. The so-called "door" has a gaping gap that lets air freely pass through. It’s like they designed this thing to welcome a draft as well as my dog!This is supposed to be a functional barrier for pets, not a hole in my door that lets in cold air, bugs, and who knows what else. For the price, I expected at least a basic level of craftsmanship, but apparently, that’s too much to ask.Avoid this product unless you enjoy wasting time and money and turning your home into a wind tunnel. My Rottweiler and I are very disappointed.
