What pain?
I ran a comfortably for a hilly half marathon with this product. I forgot I had a knee issue! Highly recommend for Ease of use, application and support.

Serious knee pain relief!
A dream come true for knee pain sufferers. The bottom strip of tape gives exacting medial support … pushes the kneecap up. The straps cradle your kneecap and lend customized support for your specific needs. The adhesive lasts at least a day even through a shower. This kind of pain relief and support is unprecedented. Best thing for knee pain
I’m trying to avoid knee replacement and have bought creams, had gel shots, bought several different types of knee braces and NOTHING relieved my pain but this tape!!! I got it Saturday and have taken nightly showers with it on, three nights now, and it’s still right in place!I highly recommend!!

Might not be as supportive as you need.
If you are looking for SERIOUS support for your knees, this product might not fit the bill. I am a huge fan of PRO K-Tape but thought I would try this to see if I could get one complete piece to do the job. It wasn't supportive enough for me.BUT, let me just say on the positive side - this tape does not irritate my skin so I use it as a bottom layer and then put the Pro K-tape on top, so I get double the support and no irritation (good if you are leaving it on for a longer period). I just won't purchase it again though only because I will just use the Pro K-tape and take if off after I play. I will put my money towards the stronger product and wear for a shorter time.

Easy to use
Love that they are so easy to get on. Is waterproof. Sometimes edges rub off and release under my pants

Knee wraps
Does not stick to my skin.When pulling piece ip to wrap around top of knee, it twisted at the edge and was useless.Color is nice

You may want to add a small piece of k tape to encircle the knee cap.
