Good laptop for the money
I have had this computer for just a few days -- I am typing on it now. I like the touch. It is fast. I am looking forward to using it more for my home activities and record keeping. I had my last HP laptop for 8 years and replaced it to get on Windows 11. I hope this laptop lasts me that long. So far, I am pleased. I would recommend this laptop.

Battery drainage excessively **REAL REVIEW❗️**
The media could not be loaded. **REAL REVIEW❗️**I generally don’t leave reviews even if I bought something and it’s bad, but this one is unacceptable. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEVICE‼️‼️This device was advertised to have a long battery life, but that is completely untrue. I bought it for work and travel, and I don’t use it for gaming. However, the battery drains quickly. Despite adjusting all settings to conserve power, the battery still only lasts between 3 to 4 hours, which is unreasonable for my needs.I have attached images to show how fast the battery dies with timestamps. It was fully charged at 4:52 PM and completely dead by 8:25 PM, totaling just 3 hours and 35 minutes.Be cautious about product descriptions and the reviews you read, as some may not accurately reflect the product’s performance. Learn from my $700 mistake. **DO NOT BUY‼️‼️**---This version focuses solely on the product's performance, specifically the battery life, without mentioning sellers or other factors not allowed in product reviews. generally don’t leave reviews even if I bought something and it’s bad, but this one is unacceptable. Great performance at a reasonable price
I have had many laptops from different manufacturers and am pleased with this one. Because of the work I was doing, I wanted an I7 processor and am very pleased with the performance.

Great sales vendor. Bad HP product and Bad HP support
The vendor that sell this PC is excellent and ship the product promptly. It arrived early and allow me time to work with it. However the issue is with HP. The PC comes with issues.1. It cannot create any recovery drive. the pc message is some files are missing2. After spending days working with HP support they eventually tell me to use cloud recovery and create a recovery drive with their cloud service.3. The pc cannot recover from the recovery drive.4. HP support left a lot to be desired. The first hour of support have the tech asking me why do I need to create a recovery drive. I cannot belief what I heard. Creating a recovery drive is what everyone does the first step they do before loading any software or any additional configuration so that if there is any hardware or drive issue there is the drive to do a recovery. That can also serve well should there be any disk failure and need to replace the hard-drive. It so happened I have another laptop with a SSD sector failure and I have to replace the drive. Having the recovery drive is critical. I ask if I should return the product for a replacement and the tech just said let's try to get it set up properly. After 70 minutes of working with her she said she will escalate to next level of support. I waited for 90 minutes before the next level of support show up.5. HP chat support is like a revolving door, the tech comes on after the first 15-20 minutes wait and begin working with me. After a while if they give you something to try they drop off. when you go back to the chat there is no answer no message that they drop off. just blank. I eventually have to drop the chat and restart another chat for support and restarted the whole explanation and wait for the tech to see the history. When I tried to load additional software such as ms office, and my other work software I cannot find the program file so I can move my workspace files that I backed up from my old pc to move to. The hidden files just do not show no matter how I try. Eventually after 2 days of working with HP support I finally got the file explorer to open up my user file to allow me write privilege and be able to move my workspace/work files into these programs. Then I find out the hand writing/drawing input does not work and I cannot sync with my HP stylus. When I tried to bring up the writing input keypad, I got a grey out virtual ped that I cannot use.All in all, I spend 10 days trying to get this pc to work having to reset the pc and reload everything. As soon as I mentioned perhaps I should return the pc. HP support drop me like a rock and no chat reply nor voice support. The voice line just dropped.I should have returned the pc when I found out files are missing to even create the recovery drive. But I have had great service from HP before and figure I can try to get this reset and reload and would be faster than waiting for a replacement. But the level of support I got moved me away from HP all together.I am returning the pc for a refundVery disappointing.I would have given the vendor 5 starts and 0 to HP so that ends up in the middle.
