The contour design does seem to help with neck support. I'm a side sleeper, and I've noticed fewer neck aches in the morning. The memory foam is pretty comfortable and molds to my head nicely.Durability seems okay so far, but I'm curious to see how it holds up long-term. The cover is removable and washable, which is handy. Due to the unregular shape, I'm not using a pillow case for it now.Overall, it's been an improvement over my old flat pillow, especially for neck support. But it takes time to adapt to the unregular shape. If you're a back or side sleeper looking for more neck support, it might be worth a try.

This packaging is very convenient after receiving the pillow. Opening the pillow will automatically restore its normal size. The shape of the pillow is good for the neck. This allows me to fall asleep quickly at night. The rebound of memory foam is very soft. Overall, I think this pillow is great. I will recommend it to friends.

I am a stomach sleeper by nature but I can say that lying on my back with this pillow feels good. Also works well for side sleeping and stomach sleeping. Worth a try if you're on the fence!

I gave this a 3 because it was as described, purchase came in a timely manner, and it was comfortable the first night.I bought this thinking it would help with my neck pain, the first night of use, I thought ok maybe it will work. 2nd night I tossed and turned, woke up the next morning, across both shoulders and neck was hurting more, I though maybe bc give it a couple more days. No this thing made me hurt more and again all body types aren't the same. I work from home, sitting at a computer all day my neck tends to get sore, stiff, tight ect.Needless to say I will be on the market for something else. The one thing that I did like about it, sleeping on my side, gave my hands or wrist support from being able to prop it up on the side. I thought that was a plus.

This gave me a stiff neck for a week I could barely move my head left to right, but instead had to use my full upper body to turn to see anything at all, after the first use. I tried again using the other side and it made it worse for me the next morning, while sleep was okay. I asked my niece if she could try it just to make sure it wasn't something else, and she said it happened to her as well - but it wasn't as severe as mine. I wanted to love this so much, but it wasn't in the cards for me. The claims that this is supposed to help with neck stiffness and pain was not correct in my instance. I couldn't see myself spending near $50 on this, unfortunately.

This is replacing an ages-old TempurPedic neck pillow that was starting to show its age.I'm not quite sure what I was expecting, but the pillow kind of feels like it has five "petals" around the main pillow that help channel the neck into place when on your back and give your head a place to be when side sleeping.It's been remarkably comfortable in all positions and has become a permanent replacement for the TempurPedic. Overall, a great buy.

I REALLY LOVE IT!!! For sure, this has to be the most funky looking pillow I've ever seen - sort of like a lumpy white pad. But honestly, if it serves me well, what it looks like doesn't matter at all. And believe it or not…this one has served me extremely well from the very first night I tried it. After several nights, it has become my go-to pillow that I won't give up without a fight. Definitely recommend it and I would definitely buy it again.!!! Super Comfortable & high quality!
