I've used this before and just reordered it. It lasts forever. It works great on leg and foot cramps...any muscle cramps. Just spray on and wait a few minutes for them to settle down. It is like spraying water on your skin. Not sticky or colored. Just clear. I love this product.

I've tried other brands of magnesium spray but this works this best. I have neuropathy in my legs. They are always throbbing but using this spray it alleviates the throbbing quite a bit. Won't try another brand again.

I’ve experienced Chronic Pain, gnawing, deep pain since breaking my back in 83. I’ve experienced several traumas I was hit by a car at age 7 with a compound fracture of my hip and several ribs. I was hit again at age 13 in a sledding accident, hurting my neck. Then in 83 at age 22 I crashed a hang glider breaking my back and compressing my cervical spine. I’ve had 3 back surgeries ending up with 4 levels fused with plates & screws in 2000. I also had a failed neck surgery with 2 levels fused plates and screws. I woke up in more pain than before the operation. I had to close the photo studio my wife & I owned & operated successfully for 15 years. The pain & insomnia was too much. Despite being on narcotic pain meds and trying every possible type of pain management there are times I’m in agonizing pain. I have a new reason to get better, our first grandchild who I adore and he loves his Pop Pop. So my daughter gave me a bottle of this to try. For me It Worked! Somehow it calms down my pain from a level of say 8 to a bearable 3 or better. If I can reach the area I spray the “Ease” on the effected area or on my hand if I can’t reach to spray it, and massage it into my skin. I don’t use a large amount, just enough to make the area wet, and then rub it in. The largest problem are areas where I can’t reach. Then my wife or mother in law is needed to spray and massage the area. It only takes a few minutes to work and it last for up to a couple of hours. Enough to allow me to get to sleep, play with my grandson, sit & watch TV, or drive. I use it for areas of muscle pain, nerve pain, leg cramps, sciatica, and arthritis. BTW I’m now 57 and otherwise healthy. I’m currently about 70% through my 2nd bottle. My daughter asked for a bottle as part of her Christmas gift. It is one of the very few over the counter, non prescription remedies that has helped. The others are Ice Packs, we keep 12 gelled ice packs in our freezers, I use several a night when pain is bad. Also a hand held percussion massager, compression socks, a back brace, and a therapeutic medical massage. I highly recommend you give this a try for your muscular, nerve, back, neck, leg cramps, Fibromyalgia, arthritis, or other pain. It’s well worth a try and may allow you to take less pain medication. This is a very effective product, but this liquid comes in a plastic bottle that is PETE or PET (polyethylene terephthalate). Each plastic type comes with its own set of risks, but some are far safer than others. PETE or PET, is a common plastic material often used to store beverages. It’s considered a higher-risk plastic intended for single use only because it can potentially leach heavy metals and other chemicals into fluid. German researchers discovered back in 2009 that PET plastic is much like the infamous bisphenol-A (BPA) chemical in that it can interfere with proper hormone expression and production. The consequences of such exposure, if left unchecked, may increase one’s risk of developing cancer. What good is the purpose of 3rd party testing if the contents are stored in one of the worst type of plastics. Why don't they sell this product in a glass bottle? If they must use plastic, why not use a less hazardous plastic with HDPE and LDPE? It is said that the best bet for plastics is to use only #2 (HDP or HDPE) and #4 (LDPE) plastics to minimize the risk of health problems. HDPE plastic is most commonly used in milk cartons (the semi-transparent, whitish kind) and detergent bottles, while LDPE is often used in shrink wrap, plastic bags, and condiment bottles.

This is definitely the best magnesium oil spray I've tried. I don't experience a stinging effect as I do with cheaper brands and it's very effective. I feel more relaxed and it helps to ease muscle tension. One thing I've learnt over the years I've been into supplements is its worth spending a little extra to get the best quality. If you're after a magnesium oil spray save your money trying others. This will do what you want it to. Good luck!

Excellent product. I use this for cramp as a chronic sufferer this has literally changed my life. It is expensive however it is worth it for me to have something at last that almost completely solves my problem. Arrived quickly and well packaged. I would recommend give it a go When I first purchased this product it was about £25. What has happened for such a huge price rise !!!

After hearing about the benefits for sleep and joint pains, I decided to buy it for my parents who are in their 60s. My Dad is not really one to try new things but my mum did try it and said that she did feel some benefits to her joint pains and was able to experience better quality of sleep. Not sure if it is the placebo effect or actually the product but seems to help either way so i am happy with the purchase.
