One of the main reasons I got this was for the bands, but I don't like these. They're thin, stick to you, and don't really give much resistance. The jump rope in the set doesn't really swivel well and hurts if you hit yourself with it. The push-up board is okay dash it's probably the best thing about this set. You can put the handles in different positions and it will work different parts of your shoulders. I don't do a lot of push-ups but my son is making use of the board. Most of this kit is not getting used though because it's just not comfortable or it doesn't offer enough resistance. I ended up getting some of the stronger fabric bands and I have been much happier with those. The kids have been using these bands to flip each other in the pool with. The bands in this kit aren't comfortable but they don't break easy - at least they haven't broken yet with all the flipping and flying across the pool. The reason I put them in the pool in the first place is because they were sticking to me so bad that I thought I would try to use them in the pool instead. They do work better in the pool for me.

This portable home gym kit comes with literally everything for excersize and fitness....anywhere. All packed up, the whole thing fits inside an ordinary nylon gym backpack.
