Can they be removed easily without damaging my lumbar pillow or PU leather chair with its adhesive?

These are extremely strong and are not easy to remove. It will definitely leave glue residue behind. Hope this helps.

Is there a difference between these and the regular scotch heavy duty fasteners?

This is the EXTREME fastener. It holds 10 pounds. The next lower, or "regular" fastener holds only 2 pounds. That is the difference.

Does this stick to fabric?

Not designed for fabric. It might stick but probably not very well.

Will this hold up inside car and the heat?

Yes. I purchased this product to hold my Garmin GPS device on dash. I live in Southeastern WI and temperatures range (seasonally) from 100 humid degrees to minus 20 degrees. Scotch Extreme Interlocking Fasteners have been working great in my car for the better part of two years. Highly recommend.
