Does what expected
Got this for my 88yo grandma, she has a persistent sore on the top of her ear, dr says it's just breaking down from age. Sleeping on it was excruciating for her. Not only did this pillow make it so she can sleep, it's pretty on her bed.

Firm enough as is, but the cover snags my piercings.
It arrived with the perfect filling for me but it’s nice that they added that zipper in case you want to add or remove some fill.What I don’t like: the design of the cover, which has a hole on one side. This snagged my piercing every time I use it.

Comfy
Bought it to make piercings heal faster so functionality is obvious. It is quite comfortable and good size so my ear fit well and it provides pain relief for any pressure and it you can also carry it with you since it travel size so if you're on the go it is still good (:

Perfect for sleeping & letting the ear heal.
I can only lay on my right side & so I purchased this for sleeping It works great! I have learned also lie on my back also the ear isn't sore anymore but I still use my Wuronsa. Highly recommended!

It’s Ok
This pillow is ok. I had extreme sensitive ear piercings so I purchased this pill. It was not as comfortable as I would like as it seemed pretty small. Since it was small my ears would not always stay in the center.

Wish it weren't so hard
My ears get so sore when sleeping on my side, nothing to do with my piercings, just painful all around. I really like the idea of a pillow that helps relieve that, and this does do that! It's a little difficult to use if you turn a lot because you have to move it with you. It is *very* firm; I feel it would be better with a bouncier foam (I prefer latex). I feel this type of pillow would be ideal as a normal-sized and -shaped pillow but with a channel in it for ear comfort. Overall this is a decent pillow. Note that the color is definitely pink, not brown, which is actually better for me, though others may not prefer it.
