Had old LED light strips that were slowly breaking. I think the person who had originally installed them had cheaped out on them.I looked around and found multiple recommendations for this brand, as it's supposed to be good but affordable. They installed quite easily, and look great (the uniform lighting is very nice vs the distinctive point-lighting from individual LEDs on the old strip). The only problem is that they start peeling off the underside of the cabinetry very quickly. The included adhesive clips also peel off quickly. It's necessary to use the screws.I had to purchase a bunch of extra clips to hold the strips in place, but once I had the ends and some middle-support clips, the adhesive holds well enough for the rest of the strip.The lighting is bright and looks very nice. They get a bit hot at full brightness, so to extend their life I usually stick to more like 75% brightness. The IP65 rating should help the survival of the strips that are near the stovetop, where a lot of steam is often released. The old strips were not sealed and had corrosion on them in that area.

I have bought these a multiple times. The 6000K color is what I would expect from something called daylight white. I absolutely hate the yellow and orange that dominates most warm white LEDS. They make me feel like I'm stuck in a "stylish" magazine from the 1970s. I also really hate the blue and green tinge many cool white and daylight white LEDs include, since they give me a headache. The photos from the seller hint at blue being noticeable, but it isn't. The color has been absolutely consistent over the multiple purchases, which have spanned more than a year, so presumably different production lots. These (480 LED/Meter) produce just short of too much light for me. I don't have to dim them, but when I want less light, they dim just fine. Even in warm environments and on thermally non-conductive surfaces, the LEDs don't seem to rise above ambient temperature.My only complaint with these is the same complaint I have with every single LED strip I've ever purchased - and I've bought quite a few different brands. The tape on the back isn't adequate. Sure, if you're installing on perfectly clean aluminum channel, it might be OK. If you want to hang it on any "real world" surfaces, it doesn't cut it. Every single time I've put the strip up to demonstrate how the strip will perform in illuminating the area, the strip starts to fall off within an hour. For final/long term installations, I've had to use a dot of superglue every eight inches or so. Every time I haven't done it, the strip has fallen down. Quickly.

I have been using LED strips for a long time now. I've used SMD strips until this point, both sparsely and densely populated. White, RGB, RGBW... all kinds. These COB strips are so densely lit, so uniform across the whole strip, and the exact colour temperature I was looking for. I paired them with a BTF-Lighting rotary dimmer switch, and use a ~6 foot section behind my three monitors as bias lighting. The included clips were a nice touch as well.

I used 10m of 12v FCOB strip to accent the steps to my living room. The strips are very bright so I ended up opting for a dimmable low voltage driver from Armacost. The light is uniform across the length. They dim great, no flicker or voltage drop in a full range 0 to 100. Totally satisfied.

Not even a week later it was coming off. I did clean the surface properly before so I’m disappointed
