I love these headphones! So much that I bought a second pair! They are open ear, so I can hear everything around me. They fit Snug but not too Snug. You really can't tell they are on because of how light they are. The sound quality is awesome for being open ear. Super easy to clip on and they feel sturdy. The app works great and connects right away. I listened to music for about 9 hours before needing to charge them. And they charge super fast! I've talked on the phone with them, and made sure the other person could hear me just fine. Hands down awesome headphones for the money!

So, for starters, I do a lot of gardening and spend plenty of time in my yard; these have yet to slip or fall out, even on the stickiest sweaty summer days. They’re super comfortable and I absolutely love the design and fit. They fit just around the outside of your ears, like a cuff and the tiny speaker is just resting on your ear. I love that they don’t actually go into your ears (like an airpod would) and that they don’t fully cover your ears, like full size headphones do. Perfect for when you want to be aware of your surroundings while catching up on podcasts, audiobooks or just having some background music while working out or getting chores done. They’re super lightweight, I’ve never felt like they were weighing me down or tugging. The battery life is great, I actually haven’t charged them since I received them two weeks ago, and the battery sensor says they’re still full (shocking!) The JLab app allows you to fully customize the levels of the audio, which is handy if you’re into that sort of thing. You can also totally customize the tap functions (pause, skip, volume up/down, google/siri) in the app as well, although I’ve opted to turn the majority of gestures off except for pause and volume controls. They function well, and as expected. They’re not massively expensive, so I wouldn’t expect a full on studio experience from $30-40 earbuds, but the sound quality is great. If you need earbuds that allow you to be aware of your surroundings, don’t slip, and don’t cost an arm and a leg, you’ve found them. The only downside is finding a case cover, the charging port is on the back of the case, not the bottom, and the case is wider than it is tall, so it’s quite difficult to find a match. (I’ve opted to use a case intended for Bose Ultra Open earbuds, but the charging port isn’t in the right spot, so the cover needs to be removed once i finally get around to charging the case itself. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you want to have a secure and accessible case cover.)

As a customer who refuses to drop the $$$ for AirPods or Beats, I’ve cycled through a bunch of middling earbuds. I can safely say these are the best pair you could buy at this price point, especially if one of your biggest issues is in-ear security. These never fall out. The earbud design is totally foreign yet somehow it works. Sound is perfectly fine, but will never be totally immersive even at the highest volume given that it’s not completely in-ear. But your eardrums may ultimately thank you for it.

Love these. Great for my small ears. Easy to put in ears, stays in while I'm on my 4mile walk everyday. Even when sweating they stay in. Sound is great, easy to answer when get call. Easy set up, where everyday , lasted 7 hrs before had to recharge

The first day I had them I was disappointed because they ran low 6 hours into my shift, turns out I just need to pop them in their container for a bit. I usually just wear one ear bud at a time so that I can go through a 12 hour shift without needing to plug them in or go without my music or audiobooks. I can get about 2 or 3 12 hour back to back work shifts out of them. These have been amazing work wear at work because I still need to be able to answer phones and hold conversations with client. My only issue with them is that they still hurt my ears after several hours of use, possibly because I have tiny child-size ears. So the rotating between ears helps out a lot. Usually I wear one for 5 or 6 hours on one ear, then switch to the other ear for the next 5 or 6 hours. The sound quality is amazing without impeding my ability to hear around me.

I LOVE THESE EARBUDS If you're prone to ear infections or have smaller ear holes (both of which apply to me) these will save you so much pain mentally and physically. I have had I think about five jlab earbuds/headphones and I can attest to its quality (peep the lux jlab headphones in the first pic lol). However there is one major flaw in this product and it has to do with the way it charges. So like every other Bluetooth earbuds, you technically charge the case and case charges the buds. But when the earbuds use battery and you plug it back in it charges in the case (even when it's not plugged in ofc) but the case will literally charge the buds until it (the case) is dead. And when the case is dead it doesn't matter how much battery the buds have because it can't tell that you've taken the bud out of the case and tell the bud to power on because the case is dead. With past jlab products it would say "low battery" every minute or so which I much more prefer than putting my earbuds away, taking them out to listen to music again, and finding out the case died with no warning and because the case is dead you cannot use the buds. One more plus about these buds specifically though, is that if you have ear piercings it doesn't or press down on the piercings (unless you have chunky jewelry in your higher piercings, I suppose). You will need to "open up" the bud instead of sliding them on and off, though. At first I had to use two hands to do this, but you'll figure out how to do it with one hand. And you can wear it higher or lower on your ear by just shifting it around. UPDATE: So I've had these for about seven months now and they're still good and I love the idea of open earbuds and their actual performance is still great. HOWEVER, the battery life has significantly dropped and I used to be able to get away with charging them every few days and I listen to music with them almost all of my shift, but now it seems like I have to charge them every single day. Nothing is worse than getting to work opening my earbuds and seeing that the case is dead and I can't use them that day.

I bought these looking for something smaller and more comfortable than my current headphones, and they’ve been a great fit for that. They’re incredibly comfortable, discreet, and convenient. I often forget I’m even wearing them. I have two kids, so it’s really important for me to be able to hear what’s going on around me, and these make that easy. The sound quality isn’t the best, but that wasn’t my main priority. I mostly use them for podcasts, so it works just fine for my needs. Battery life is decent. On days I’m not working, I’ll wear one earbud throughout the day, and when the battery gets low, I simply switch to the other.

So far, so good. I use them for running and workouts. The sound quality impressed me, and at the same time they allow me to hear my surroundings so I don’t ignore my trainer haha. They don’t fall out, and since I wear glasses, I found them very comfortable. I was also able to connect them to both my phone and my work computer, which is a great advantage since they support multiple devices. I use them for work meetings as well, and they have worked perfectly. I charge them the first day and have been using them for 4 days in a row without charging the case. My favorite part of this air buds is the app, you can customize the touch controls and the equalizers.

These JLab Flex Open Earbuds are perfect for me as someone who can’t wear normal earbuds. They don’t fall out and they are comfortable. You can hear both songs and calls clearly, even in fairly loud outdoor areas. The teal colour adds a nice touch too. I highly recommend these earbuds.

購入して2か月ほど利用しましたが、満足しています。 慣れていないときは少し耳が痛くなりましたが、慣れたら問題ありませんでした。 想像していたより音が良く、着ける角度にもよりますが音量も問題ありません。 周りの音が普通に聞こえるため、地下鉄など騒音の多い場所では少し聞こえにくいです。 挟むタイプなので簡単に外れないというのも助かります。片手で付けるのは慣れがいるかも...

I bought these to replace a different brand of open ear buds that stopped charging. So far these have been great - they last a lot longer than my old ones - the cuff design works well - it does take a little more getting used to for me - but the clarity is good. It has only been a week - but I am happy so far.

Werkt uitstekend, ik ben goed te verstaan en ik versta anderen prima. Geluid is prima Ze blijven zitten (hele doel want bij mij blijven oortjes NOOIT zitten) Enige is hooguit dat bij lang dragen het wat gevoeliger kan worden, maar het kan prima werken om hem dan even net wat anders op je oor te zetten. Het is ook logisch oorklipjes worden op een gegeven moment ook pijnlijk bij lang dragen. Voor kortdragen zitten ze sowieso comfortabel. Het connect ook prima met mijn telefoon Kortom supertevreden met deze oortjes. Ze kunnen hooguit wat onhandig zijn bij lang haar, en ze zijn soms wel heeel erg gevoelig op de achterkant. Daarom net geen 5 sterren. Maar superblij mee!
