It says to flex the rubber on the bottom but everything I did it didn't stick to any of the surfaces I tried. Figured it was somehow not attached correctly so sent it back. My biggest complaint is that the top black part that has the handle isn't secure and moves a little bit. My dad like it's because it's a decent size for his coffee and he doesn't have to worry about it being knocked over. What's wrong with it?** A: Mine never worked. Mine was wrapped up so tight in sipping plastic that the rubber foot was distorted and so could not get suction stick. **Q: can you turn it up side down with out it spilling** A: I don't have this style but I can turn my origanal Mighty Mug styled tumbler upside down and it does not leak. **Q: How many oz does it hold?** A: It holds 16 oz., Don't get this version of the mug though. It doesn't hold up unless you do a lot of manipulation of the rubber gasket on the bottom. Do get the travel mug version. That's the first one I bought and I love it.
