SUN JOE is a reliable brand for economical light/medium duty equipment.
7/1/19First use, cleaned my porch and car.I like the multiple nozzles. I thought this was going to annoy me, but it just make me make a decision and stick to it. Otherwise, I would always be adjusting to the widest setting due to impatience and then readjusting. The nozzles snap on and off with only a couple lbs of pressure. They are spring loaded, so, the first time I released one, it sprung out a few inches and I had to hunt it down. The pressure is good and it appears to be compatible with other brand attachments. I was using a Pacific Hydrostar from Harbor Freight. It was 1650 PSI, 1.3 GPM with an adjustable nozzle. I have had nothing but issues with it and it is not compatible with any attachments I can find. This is a much better machine. The hose will not reach around a vehicle. It will reach the length of the vehicle, but you will have to move it. I washed the front and both sides without moving it much. (It moved a bit when i pulled on the cord, but I don't recommend doing that regularly.) I then moved it to one side to wash the back and begin rinsing, then back to the front to finish.Washing the porch was much easier, quicker, and effective than I remember using the other model.SUMMARY:Great for the price. Check out attachments. If this model isn't good enough, you will spend a minimum of $300 to find something better. As a home owner who has purchased many types of equipment for random project, I believe SUN JOE and WORX are 2 of the best and most economical brands on the market for anyone who intends to use them periodically for light/medium duty projects and doesn't have a lot of room for storage. They are light and compact, but efficient and relatively durable. They also seem to be compatible with other brands attachments.HOWEVER, if you are in search of Heavy Duty equipment to use on a daily basis or really want to "feel the power" of Industrial equipment, then you will spend 2-3 times as much and you need to buy industrial equipment.

Yet another Joe product we are very please with
Great power washer for the price and very easy to use. We have a snow blower and a tiller by the same company. We have found all of them easy to use and far better than more expensive gas powered equipment. We would happily recommend them to anyone!

Works almost as good if not as good as a gas pressure washer. Very powerful little guy.
First off, I am not a seasoned pressure washer but I have used various ones from time to time. I have owned 2 gas pressure washers and realized I didn’t need anything that big so I bought a cheap Harbor Freight Electric that I have had now for several years. Once I put my Sun Joe SPX3200 together and fired it up, I immediately realized this thing was awesome. I was expecting something a little better than The HF cheap washer but nowhere near a gas pressure washer. Boy was I wrong. I would say this thing was night and day compared to the cheap electric that I had and possibly better than the low end gas pressure washers I had previously owned. For an electric power washer, it is very very powerful and more than what most people could ever need. When you open the box, you notice that the parts are not cheaply made and everything about it says “quality”. My only hope at this point is that I don’t have to come back and rewrite this review if the thing breaks within a week because right now, this thing seems too good to be true.

Unloader valve = unserviceable part
I've liked this unit, I really have. After 4 years of what I can only describe as "light" use (spray-cleaning window screens a couple of times, power washing the camper once, cleaning my HeatTracks off for summer storage, writing the odd cute message to my spouse on the driveway because I'm too lazy to power clean the whole thing), the motor decided to run continuously, even when the spray trigger was not engaged. A bit of searching led me to the likely cause being a stuck unloader valve, and I've found all sorts of vids showing how to get to one (on Sun Joes!), how to remove/clean/install.I was pleased with how easily accessible the screws are for getting to the inner workings, but the valve didn't look like the others I'd seen. No retaining clip to pry loose. But there's a plastic nut, so I was hopeful it would just unscrew so I get things out.Nope.I guess I've discovered why there are no demonstrations of servicing this valve on an SPX3200....Sigh.

A lot of power for a small price
I used it today for the first time and was very impressed. I used Sun Joe's heavy duty detergent to get rid of mildew that has been buiding up for over 10 years. I let the soap stay on for 15 minutes then used the the 15 degree spray for rinsing. At first i wasn't too impressed but as I put the wand closer to the pressurized wood the magic began. I found 6" away from the woox to be ideal. Thix washer packs a lot of punch for the money and I am well pleased.A couple of points:1. I found the 3200 to be cumbersome in the mesh of the heavy duty hose and the 25' wire extension. It was my first time using it so I am sure I will adapt.2. If you are using detergent, predilute it to a 4:1 or 5:1 ratio befote you add it to the 3200's canister.3. Nozzles are easy to put on but a pain to remove. I had to use a flat headed screw driver to pop it off each time.4. I found connecting the hose to the 3200 to be a royal pain. The key is to center the metal protrusion inside the hose into the coupler on the machine and push it in. Once you hear the snap, then you can start turning its' collar to secure it. I wish the manual spelled this out more clearly.

Gets the job done
I chose this for the reviews, the psi and the design. It seemed more maneuverable. The upright style washers have more of a chance to tip over. I bought this to clean and strip old paint and stain from 2 decks. I tried it out initially on my concrete and stone patio pavers. It took some time and effort but this machine did strip almost all of the stain and paint. It would not completely clean the areas around the wood knots and the deeper grained wood. I had to use almost maximum power and put the yellow nozzle almost parallel with the surface. I was impressed with the lower noise level. My biggest complaint would be the tangle of cords. Not sure if anything could be done any differently. While working on a narrow balcony something was always getting tangled. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. I foresee many opportunities to use this.

Best Pressure Washer I've ever owned
This truly is a great pressure washer. First use was to clean rust from my driveway. I used the 20° nozzle. Great pressure and it did the job fantastically! Second use was on my rear-deck of my house. Using the 40° nozzle, the washer took the "old" from the deck boards. Fantastic.Pros:- Very good pressure- Easily change nozzles- Can change from low-pressure to high-pressure via switch- Can change from low-soap to high-soap output via switch- Looks like the pressure washer hose is of good quality, and should last for a long time- CompactCons:- To move the unit, you have to pull on the pressure washer hose, which is connected to the top of the unit. Not sure if this will break over time.- Power cord can get intertwined with washer hose and water hose. Not sure there's anything that can be done to fix this though.I have owned several washers in my time and I can honestly say this is by far the best one I've owned. Everything looks to be of quality build.I recommend this washer to anyone.

Had a serious flaw.
A lot of people love this thing. I did not.Maybe I just got a lemon, who knows. Here is what happened.....The unit arrived well packaged and brand new. I got it late in the day so I set it aside and opened it up and assembled it the next morning. It worked great for about 20-30 mins. At that point I began to smell something like the smell of a burning plastic. I ignored it for a couple of minutes and then realized it was the smell of burning motor coming from the power washer. I stopped using the washer immediately and let it sit for about an hour. After about an hour, I turned it on and started with it again. About 5 mins into it, the smell came back even stronger than before. I stopped again and left it alone for 2 hours to cool down.I came back to it and was not intending on using it again, just wanted to turn it on to make sure the smell had come from the power washer the whole time and that it wasn’t my imagination or something. As soon as I turned it on it smelled like smoke and burning plastic. I turned it off immediately and got it ready to return it. It’s an absolute safety hazard in my opinion.Very disappointing, but as usual, Amazon was great about me returning it and had no issues there.Ended up just buying a gas powered one from Lowe’s. (I was trying to avoid buying a gas powered one to begin with, wanted to try and stay away from the mess and smell of gas, which is why I tried to go with electric, but gas powered pressure washers are just so much better, much more reliable and powerful in my opinion).

Nice unit but initial one had to be returned
This is my second SunJoe pressure washer, my first has been awesome so I was excited by this one as it looked like it would be easy to 'pull along' on the concrete as I use it (the stand on my other washer is great for moving it but not 'pulling it'). My other pressure washer is at my summer house. Got the machine quickly, easy assemble and I was thrilled to use it for the first time to wash my car. Started to pressure wash and it was working great, let go of the handle to move to the other side of the car and the next time I gave it a squeeze to start nothing happened. Hit the reset on the black 'power plug in' and tried again, still nothing. After a few more times trying to reset it I called the number for SunJoe, talked to a rep, he had me try one or two more times and told me he would send a replacement unit that day. Within an hour I had a COD UPS sticker in my email to return the other unit. So I am still pleased with the purchase, but will update this if I have any problems with the replacement unit.

Nice unit but a little clunky to use
Liked the price and the product arrived on time and in good shape. I picked this one because it was cheaper than the stand up one with the roll up hose, and it does fit on my shelf nicely. but the hose is hard to coil and the unit does like to fall over when I pull it with the hose. The unit works good except when I put on the 40 degree nozzle. It tends to stop on start on that setting. I also don't like the fact that when using the soap dispenser you have to use all the soap and rinse it with water after use, (this is recommended in the manual to stop it from clogging) . This means that you can't stop the soap from coming out even when using other non soap nozzles (Unless I am misunderstanding something here, but I don't think so) This is inconvenient when I am washing a small car. Other than that I think it is a good machine. I haven't had a chance to use the Deck and patio cleaning attachment yet. But I did put it on and the handle seams short. won't be good for my back when I do my deck, driveway and sidewalk
