Great for anytime you need some yummy nutrients
Tastes great w/oatmilk. I use a blip of vanilla (real, not that imitation crap).. & is delish. Keeps me full throughout the day. Then ready for dinner (for me it's not always about dieting/ losing weight, it's actually about getting nutrients and not eating string cheese or a handful of kisses, etc as the only thing for the day.

Good smoothie fills you!
First time trying this but I really like it, it blends up very nicely. And it does keep you full for hours! I'll get in other flavors now! Recommended!

Should come in smaller packing size
I like the idea of the carb and sugar count being low though it's not labeled as keto. The taste is ok; I mix it with 30 cal vanilla almond milk. I add a few sprinkles to my pain Greek yogurt, and it taste wonderful. I'm not sure why they use such huge packaging. The bag is less than 50% full and it seems like a huge waste of packaging

Not filling or flavorful
I bought the Chocolate flavor first which tastes good and gets thick after being refrigerated so its more filling...well I wanted to try a new flavor and went with this and big mistake...Firstly you get LESS product and a smaller scoop so when the milk/shake mix sat in the refrigerator it did not thicken so was not filling like the chocolate! Disappointed!! And the taste is very minimal and bland compared to the chocolate 🙁
