Excelente monitor, su calidad de imagen es única, tenía otro MSI FullHD y son excelentes monitores.

Todo llego perfecto, es mucho ams grande de lo que pensé eso es bueno, y además se ve todo muuuuuuuuuuuy bien, colores vividos y nitidos, imagenes claras, amo mi nuevo monitor :')

The monitor itself is decent, but my experience with customer service has been extremely frustrating. After receiving the product, I found that it had issues (see in the pictures) that warranted a refund. Amazon offered a return option, but the return shipping costs me more than double the price of the monitor, and they only reimburse up to $150 for shipping. This makes returning it completely unreasonable.I even requested a partial refund to keep the monitor and offset the inconvenience, but Amazon refused this request, which felt unjust. Despite being willing to work out a fair solution, the lack of flexibility and support left me disappointed.If you’re considering buying this monitor from another country, think twice. They do not provide proper solutions for issues like this, and you may end up stuck with an expensive problem and no support at all.

A great monitor, it works well. No death pixels and the frame rate is ok, anyways I think the colors are just "ok" not good and the response time option "fastest" could be problematic on games like Battlefield on high framerates, is better to just set on "fast" because causes a weird and VERY noticeable tearing.I think the stand is an ok plastic, that all. Im happy my monitor, if you can afford it i would recommend it.
