Nice kit with all the additional bits included. The two silicon baskets are larger than my existing bannetons and should work nicely with a tea towel type insert. Recommended for the price.

I mainly bought this kit for the slings, but actually the whole kit is really good. Has everything you need to start your sourdough journey. I like that the banneton are silicone so easy to clean and i can remove the dough from them without sticking. Good value for money

You get everything you see it all works well only thing is it's hard to get the dough out the proofing basket even with a lot of flour

The baskets are a good size but you do need to flour them. The blade is poor quality. Whisk is very good as are the silicone slings

No razzors were in box

The box that contained all the fantastic pieces for sourdough bread baking was like Mary Poppins’ bag. Amazing things came out and expanded and all the pieces are of excellent quality and very easy to use and made proving and baking the bread a real pleasure. I highly recommend this deceptively unassuming starter kit.

Ein wirklich tolles Set zum Brotbacken! Es enthält alles, was man benötigt um gute Sauerteigbrote zu backen. Die Gärkörbchen sind aus Silikon und können platzsparend verstaut werden. Ich habe sie schon mit und ohne Baumwolleinsatz genutzt. Funktioniert beides. Für ganz kleine Brote sind sie jedoch zu groß. Ich verwende 500g+ Mehl, dann geht es gut. Das Gärglas hat eine super Größe und ich finde es super, dass man es nutzen kann mit der Baumwollabdeckung, aber bei Bedarf auch einen Deckel aufschrauben kann und es dann in den Kühlschrank stellen kann. Die Temperaturanzeige ist eine Hilfe, um ein Gefühl dafür zu bekommen, wie lange die Gärzeit wohl dauert und das Band ist oft schon meine Rettung gewesen, da ich immer vergesse, um wie viel Uhr ich gefüttert habe. Die anderen Teile sind auch alle top. Für den Preis ein wirklich tolles Set!

I chose this set because it included both round and oval bannetons and bread slings. Silicone bannetons do not mold and are easy to clean, although they don't need frequent washing. I always cover the basket with a floured cloth and have not had any issues with sticking, but the texture from the banneton is reduced. Some care is needed when turning out the bread dough before baking to not distort the silicone basket and dough, although the flexibility then makes the baskets easy to collapse and store. I like the bread slings because I'm not going through parchment as quickly and the bread doesn't have indents when the paper bunches up when placed in a hot dutch oven. I also like the lame: it's much better than a sharp paring knife and the blades stay sharp for a long time with the cover provided. The pastry brush is fine and the scraper can be a quick kitchen ruler. I've not used the whisk because I prefer a strong spoonula which can handle both mixing and stretch and folds.

Fantastische Brote aus einer fantastischen Form. Ich würde nie mehr zu einem alten Brotkorb zurück wollen. Leicht zu verwenden, reinigen und zu verstauen.
