These are strong enough for our needs and open quite widely. They are the best I've found and have bought them in different colours to easily differentiate what is in them.

Great wallets
Bought these folders to store piles of magazine cuttings (A4-ish in size). The folders are almost identical to the normal manilla ones that you find in any office, but these are much deeper and can hold a lot more - paperwork a good few inches thick. A note of advice: if you fill the folders they become heavy and, depending on the contents, may also 'flop about', which makes dropping them into a standard metal filing cabinet a bit tricky...please be aware that the technique of supporting a full wallet by using a hand on either side can lead to finger lacerations as it slides down into the drawer through your hands (I learned this the hard way) - this can be experienced using any folders of course...these ones do not have sharper edges than any others. These folders have been a fabulous find and are really useful for my requirements. I will happily buy them again.
