Review: Don't forget the thermal paste ! - Purchased this along with a crankshaft position sensor for our '02 Park Avenue when it commenced sputtering and died just 3 miles from home. Rarely are any codes thrown when the CPS goes so I replaced it w/the front crank seal while I was in there and backed it up with this item as they're subject to high heat constantly. Sadly, many reviews of these ICMs are not worth their salt, as the installers- and I've even seen it on youtube by pros- do not use any thermal transfer paste when installing it. You must ! Otherwise it'll bake within a few months. At any rate, happy to say that the car is now running fine. Good product, accurate fit, easy install. All at a good price.

Purchased this along with a crankshaft position sensor for our '02 Park Avenue when it commenced sputtering and died just 3 miles from home.
