It works great the only down thing it works better on an android phone with iPhone it freezes a lot but other wise works great and easy to use the size is perfect and easy to remove wax out of your ear it’s comfortable

My only complaint is the metal piece heats up from the camera/light, so if you are not using the little plastic tip it does get warm.Camera quality is great and you can take pictures or videos and save themIt does take some getting used to…also my dreams of being a laparoscopic surgeon are over haha

So I thought I dropped my earring back into my ear (don't ask) and I decided to buy this BEBIRD R1 Ear Wax Removal Tool with camera to know for sure before I went to the Dr. It came fairly quickly and I charged it right up. It didn't come with a charging square so the product is useless and the companies really need to include these if they expect people to be able to use it. I hate alternating my charging squares for a product that should've included it's own for the product to actually work/charge. The app was easy to download. Connecting to the Internet can be a task and you have to go in and select it each time. Once on, the camera is super clear and really helpful to navigate your inner ears, nose, mouth, etc. There was a couple times I tried to turn the wax scoop to remove wax and then couldn't see it with the way the camera was angled to the scooper or to the ear itself, so that could be a little frustrating. I wish I could hold it still and pan the camera over for these hard to see angles. I did bump the on/off button once or twice due to it being right on the handle and had to log back in to wifi, so the end tip of the handle may be a better placement to avoid that for others. The ear wax tool with the material that feels like the covers to old headphones (I'm dating myself here) is not easy to clean and didn't seem overly sanitary but the others were really useful. My husbands dentist pointed out a growth on his Uvula and we were able to go into his mouth and take pictures to show an ENT for a plan for removal, so that feature is really nice. The pictures save right to the app and there is now a Beta to test out video sharing. I pointed out areas for improvement but overall, I'm really, really happy with this product and we've used it several times and I'm amazed at how clear the camera is. I would recommend this product and would buy again.

Great tool to inspect my ear. I have a damaged ear drum repaired years ago and this helps me keep an eye on and remove any ear wax I miss with my qtip. Be sure to use the black guards because the light is high def and the metal does get warm but won’t burn your ears if you forget it. The guard also helps you from going too deep. The metal tools help clear away wax and dead skin cells. The high def gives you high zoom image as if you’re looking through a microscope. Great product! Will be buying as a gift.

Bought this for half the price of the ~white~ version with a different brand being advertised all over. Works exactly as advertised and is extremely interesting to use if you haven’t ever seen inside your ears 😂Comes with tons of tips and attachments and is very easy to use. If you’re curious or think your ears need a clean, you won’t be disappointed

I went swimming and couldn't get the water out of my left ear due to wax buildup. To get rid of the wax, I used a q-tip. That just pushed the wax further into my ear and made my hearing in that ear muffled. I tried 3 different wax removal drops, none of them worked. I was able to get the wax out my ear and restore my hearing in 10 min with this product. Highly recommend. Great value.

I write this review as a medical student who is used to looking in ears and cleaning ears. Initially, I loved this product! Would give it 5/5 stars. It was easy to use, except it is annoying to connect it to the app. I cleaned ears easily and visualized easily. I wondered why it was such a great price. However, my battery died with only 15-20 minutes of use. Also, the camera quality decreased after I gently cleaned it because the camera/light had wax. Now, things are blurry. I will probably need to return it. This product only lasted me two days for good quality. Okay so for some reason one of my teenagers gets the goopiest of ears and doctors have suggested he be able to clean them better. Poof - not only can he actually SEE what gunk is in there but he can now clean them himself and understands better WHY he has to hold still and how much work it is to clear that narrow pathway as well as how quickly things get ....gunked.... up. Great images, wand is easy to manipulate, stays cool both in the hand and in the ear canal. Honestly - won't be without it!
