Major difference.
If you have any plumbing experience this is very easy to install, the difference in your water is incredible. You can immediately feel a difference in the way you feel after a shower and your water tastes so much better. I would recommend this system to everyone.

Great water filtration system!
This water filtration system was packaged extremely well. The instructions were thorough and easily understood. The product is a high quality material and manufactured very well. I like the size of the product as I used to have the large salt water system. I feel like the taste and water quality was instantly better once installed.

Still have water spots
Did a water test before and after instillation. Water was clear of any lead, contaminants and chlorine. Water hardness was 250 after installation and I still get mineral spots on shower door, not as bad as before installation but still there.

System for city water only.
The product description did not say not to use on well systems. I went to install unit, while reading instructions I had some questions because im on a well system. So I called KIND technical guys. He stated this unit was not good for well systems and he agreed it did not mention that in the advertising. He asked if I unpacked the unit ( I did not) then said to tape it up and send it back.

Does not affect the taste of water.
I cannot say what this filtration system is removing from my water, maybe it is doing a decent job with some chemicals but the taste my water is absolutely not any better. In fact, I'd say it is worse. So now they want me to a reverse osmosis system for my kitchen sink water.

Salt free water softener
Easy to install we have been using it for one week and it’s been working great. Better and cheaper than are old collagen salt unit we had for 5 years.

Not worth the money
I purchased this months ago and ut worked for awhile then the hardness came back .Lots of money spent for almost nothing.. Don’t buy this product. Go with a salt softener.
