Great product
Relatively easy to program, light weight so easy to hang…even on a rainy night this sign is clear and bright from quite a distance! What a great deal for the money! I’d expect to pay more.

Never could get it to work. I even tried to use the thumb drive that was included but apparently it was defective. I returned it.

Very business friendly sign
I like the way it is programmed via WiFi, I prefer to program from my phone and it is waterproof, overall I'm happy with it!

It turns on. Can’t get into to program. Very complicated
Followed the directions, can’t get into the damn sign to program it. Now I’m stuck with Chinese food adds that are looping. To many apps to download and to friggin complicated to put together. After three hours I walked away so I wouldn’t smash it to pieces. Not happy at all.

Brightness and clarity are excellent, and customer service has been quick to respond and helpful with all my content, so I highly recommend it.
