After the first 2 weeks I noticed I wasn't craving sweets as much. After the 1st month I noticed I was losing weight and by the 2nd month I had dropped 10lbs and a dress size. I have been taking these for about a month now and absolutely love them, since having my son 3 years ago this is the most normal I have felt. It has helped my appetite, reduced the food noise, helped with bloating, and has even helped clear my hormonal acne that I have been struggling with for 2 years now. I will say the first couple of days you will have diarrhea so learn from me and DO NOT trust your farts 😅. Overall I have felt so much better since taking these and I cant be happier about it

I’m not sure how to feel about these supplements. It’s going on 30 days. There’s absolutely no change in the way I feel nor look. So we will see.

I don’t want to eat, but now I’m bored. The pill is easy to take, there is no taste or any kind of pain. Not sure yet on the weight loss. I just started… but there’s a sandwich I love and easily eat the whole thing and maybe something on the side. Can only have half. No extra cravings. That feels good, I will have to stay busy without all the time and energy devoted to food thoughts and drama. Sometimes I am still hungry or want to eat more, but I just can’t. I think this is better than the medicines — no side effects! Those side effects were awful.

While I find this ro be a good probiotic, it had no craving reduction, or weight control or loss.

Did not work for me. Not going to say it won’t work for everyone, but it had zero effect on my appetite. If anything it made BMs irregular, as in less frequent and harder to evacuate. Quit taking it 3 days ago, BMs back to normal. This product is most likely a placebo effect on many of the other people. But placebo effects are real and if the results are real. If it works it works.

2 weeks and I am Happy with this product. I see less bloating and a curve in appetite.
