Paired up with my Bluetti AC200L
This is nicely Paired up with my Bluetti AC200L and pulls in power all day for home use. Ordered and delivered to me within 2 days and in perfect condition. Well boxed and packaged.

I expected better
The panels arrived well packaged and appear to be in good shape. Once installed, I'm only able to get about 50% of their rated capacity as measured with a meter. Running in a series string, they are also very subject to shading as series strings are. The 5" shadow of a light pole moved across one corner of one panel of the two and took the total output down much further to 20% of the total combined rating. The shadow was very small compared to the total surface area of both large panels.

Rich 250 watt solar panels
Advertising 250w panels that are only producing 150w at peak daylight hours and customer service was absolutely terrible would not help return or refund the panels. I would stay far far away from this company. I wish I saw more honest reviews sooner.

Great panel
Arrived in good shape. Good packing protection, easy to open. Plugged it into a solar panel tester and it pulled 225 watts in late afternoon sun. I like the look of the black panel with black border. Will blend in better on the roof when I mount it. Will update review if anything changes but so far, looks great.

Output no where near expected
Several things impact the efficiency of a solar panel. Angle and direction of installation play a large role, along with shadows. I have no shadows on my installation. They panels are installed on top of a pool shed. I use the panels to run my swimming pool pump and chlorinator. Installation is directly East and 15 degrees (almost flat). I expected the optimal efficiency to be between 10AM and 2PM. I installed qty 5, 250 watt panels for a total of about 1250 watts. Unfortunately, at my peak times, I'm only able to produce about 700 watts. This is an efficiency of about 56% - well under my expectations.

Impressive
Have a look at the images, simply amazing, I have four RICH SOLAR 250-Watt 12 Volt panels, connected to the EcoFlow Delta 2 MAX (two per port). In Oregon, just after a rain the sun came out in June.
