Right Hip replacement in August. The grabber was/is indispensable. The leg lifter is nice & long and was necessary for the first few weeks to get my leg up on the couch. Bath sponge is helpful and having 2 back scratchers was great. Pill organizer was nice but I already had one for day & night as opposed to just this one. Would be useful if you only need an organizer for once a day. I didn't use the sock aid (slip-on sneakers) or the pants pullup aid (I wore summer dresses) but I'm having shoulder surgery soon and will use the button hook, dressing aid and pants pullup then. Very glad that I got this kit. So nice to have all necessary tools to have a little independence after surgery.

I love this set! I use many of these items after back surgery! Very easy to use! I can’t bend, lift or twist. The thing I use to get my pants on is excellent!! The thing to get my socks on is great! The grabber works so well, whether I reach for something on the floor or out of my reach elsewhere! The leg lifter works great! My legs are weak and getting stronger so wherever I needed to lift my legs, it’s super helpful! The bath sponge is very helpful! The length could be a little longer but it works well for most of my bathing! I haven’t used every item, but the things I’ve used, help me so much with daily tasks! Very good value for the money!!

there are several similar kits on sale; i got bored trying to compare. this kit has two collapsible backscratchers, which seem irrelevant for a hip/knee kit, but added to the number of components and the price. overall, it did the job. the sock tool was essential!

Super helpful, this is a great set. The sock helper leg lifter and pickup stick are the most used before surgery . Everything super helpful valuable before and after surgery.

Great for people who are recovering from open heart surgery who cannot bend or reach their feet because of postoperative pain and swelling. I did not use all of this kit but the grabber and sock assistance were worth the price for me. The various tools all seem to be pretty well made and performed their intended purpose.

Having hip surgery? You won't regret this purchase! It was even cheaper to buy this kit than it was to buy a few of the pieces separately! I didn't care much for the end of the grabber for grabbing small items as it grabs at the tip of it for small items, but otherwise it's fine. It just didn't have a super strong grab, however, most of the time you don't need that.
