Great product for practicing hitting
The netting on this cage is perfect. Building the product is tedious the first time and not really great instructions but overall once it’s up , it works great. Added feature of the net hole with connections for heater pitching machines makes it even better! I’d recommend this product to the baseball crew

Not a bad product for the price
Not a bad product for the price. Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 14 year old to do T work with. By myself I was able to set the entire net up in about a hour. The directions we a bit vague but not to hard to follow. It did take some time to make all the final tension adjustments to the lines in order to keep the net taught but I expected that to be the case. By the time I was done the net stayed very firm and gave very little movement when the ball hit it. My son is super excited to have it and I am very pleased with the overall product. However, please note that you should not hammer the ground stakes directly into the ground. The rubber insert that the poles mount into cannot withstand the direct force of a hit with a hammer. You may wish to consider taking a 2 x 4 piece of wood and using that as a buffer instead.Note: The system I received was slightly different than the one shown in the pictures. The net has to be draped over the poles not hung from underneath with eyelets as shown in the pictures. Also, there are 7 eyelets in the poles for guide lines for the net but the instructions only show 4, likewise, only enough lines was provided for 4. Not sure what the other 3 were supposed to be for. I did use my own tie line to run another guide line through the top eyelets to prevent the net from possible sagging. I will let it sit for a few days to let it stretch a bit and them make some further adjustments. I anticipate adding an additional stake to the top center as added support.

Does not last
The material that connects the different sections of the netting is low quality and after only a few months of use has disintegrated. We are in a northern climate. Used the cage last summer, net is unusable this summer because of the deterioration of the seems.

It's nice
It's ok. In my opinion, it's not worth $350, but that's just me. The fiberglass poles seem like they are going to break easily. As long as is it's not storming very badly, I think it's working just fine. It's not too big, but it's not small either. The instructions aren't very helpful. I hope they will change it.

Hard to beat for the price
I put 2 kits together to make it over 40’. Install is pretty simple but an extra set of hands to put the net up is almost a must. The string provided is kind cheap junk and I’ve replaced almost all of it with inexpensive para cord. I have had mine up for a year and half without taking it down, it’s sustained Texas heat and really high winds. It just broke its first pole a week ago. Another thing I added was a 100’ construction light cord, kids play in it during the winter season. I live in a pretty strict hoa and have had no issues with it being up.

After 1.5 years of having this and minimal hitting in it, it’s falling apart.
Love the idea and ease of set up. Net started falling apart in a year of owning. Now at 1.5 years of ownership, we have huge holes all over the net. Need to throw away and replace. Bummer.

The net falls apart.
After 1 year the net fell apart. The red string that held the net together disintegrated after one year. I would not buy this product again. FYI we do not leave the net up all year long. Only for the beginning of baseball season
