V1 peel was the same as given at my spa. Very easy to use. I did look online for application instructions...how many passes on face, avoiding eyelids until last pass, applying vigorously at each increased pass, etc. Highly recommend that everyone does the same. I am leaving on for 6 hours instead of 4. So far, very pleased. Update...peeled for a good 8 days, but recall I left on longer and applied vigorously. The results were as good as spa. I did have an area that frosted upon first pass and continued with other applications on this spot. Although it was quite red for a few days it disappeared after two weeks. I should have stopped on this frosted area after first application to avoid excessive redness.

Severe swelling, inauthentic peel
DONT BUY THIS!!!! ITS NOT AUTHENTIC!! MY ENTIRE FACE IS SWOLLEN!!!! I have used these in the past and always had great results! This time I did not! I have to go to urgent care and I look like Will Smith in the movie hitch when he ate the shrimp. I slept on ice packs all night and the swelling refuses to go down. DONT BUY THIS! Don’t waste your money! Don’t buy it!

Better than expected in someways
Did nothing for closed comedomes or my sun spots. But it made my skin look at least 15 years younger.

Wear gloves and read directions carefully and have a fan readily available.
I did this peel last Friday night which was 4 days ago now and it is intense. I was very red immediately after and all day Saturday. By Sunday morning I was peeling like crazy. Monday I looked like a monster with brown spots all over and peeling in some spots amore then others. It is now post peel day 4 and it is calming down a lot but still peeling and very dry and red still. It is also extremely cold and windy here in NYC so I don't think that is helping. I have been dousing my face with Aquaphor to help ease the discomfort. That being said I already see a change in my skin for the better and have noticed lesser pigmentation. I am still going through it but overall I can say I am pleased and think I will receive great results from this peel. It is easy to do just be sure to have a fan ready because it gets very very hot. Also follow all directions carefully and thoroughly

Don’t expect a change in your skin:(
I tried this product due to the reviews. It did make my skin itch and minimally peel. I was not satisfied with the results. I didn’t see any improvement with the treatment. My skin looks the same. I actually got another spot due to peeling too fast. Black shirt is before and towel on head is after. Do you notice a difference? Lightning is different due to outside and inside

Helped my melasma :-)
Great product & authentic. Skin will definitely peel beginning day 3 -6. Peel lightened my melasma by 50%. I will definitely use this peel again. My new skin feels so soft :-)

i Did not have the results I have had with previous VI peels making me think this was not authentic. It left me with various burn marks on my face and scars.

It works do read the instructions
It was the same product that was used in the med spa and yes the container is under of lot of pressure so be careful opening it. It worked fine and my skin does look better for about 200.00 less , I will do it again in 3-4 months
