Honestly, You will not find a better cordless vacuum!!
I wanted to write this review when I had photos to upload, but rather than waiting I decided to provide my review w/out further delay. When it arrives, you are first impressed by the careful packaging, organized box and cloth pouches covering some of the items. I purchased this for my wife because our Dyson was noisy and the cord was a pain. We have owned 10 vacuums during the past 30 years. Both uprights and canister types. This was our first stick type cordless. My wife's friend bought a Shark and raved about it. Thus, as a surprise, I was going to just get the Shark, but then I decided to read reviews and have an open mind to consider other makes. I am so glad I did because I discovered this beautiful Tineco. In comparing, the specs were simply better than Shark and the others. My reluctance was not having heard of Tineco. I decided to take the plunge a purchase it's most expensive newest model, the A11. I also upgraded to the Master which is in a beautiful Emerald or Teal color and provides a huge amount of extra attachments over the standard A11. The first thing you notice unwrapping is how perfect every piece is made. You can see the quality in the brush heads, swivels, wheels, etc. It is so hard to explain the excellent build quality. It takes a lot to impress me and this had me surprised because I was not expecting such a well constructed power head right down to every hose and attachment. We have owned several $300 and up vacuums and this by far is the nicest vacuum I purchased. I hit a home run with my wife and she was so happy that I did not by the Shark. My wife had used her friends top of the line Shark which is much heavier, much louder and no where near the quality. If this was a car, the Tineco would be a Lexus and the Shark a Kia. I don't easily make such a statement, but we had the Shark at are home (borrowed) since we recently moved and we had no vacuum unpacked. So we did the side-by-side and my wife pointed everything out that was better in the Tineco with loads of excitement. I cannot stand vacuum noise when I am writing for work, but under low the noise is barely noticeable yet enough suction to work. My wife said even with the Shark, she typically used it on low to get more out of a battery and low on both works. The suction on low was about the same even though the Tineco is more powerful at 450 watts. But should you need it the high has enough power to suck almost anything you can think of. I felt the suction on high and it was similar to my 6hp ShopVac. You will not need high that often, but when you do it is nice to know you have the power to tackle any mess. I realize the company being in China has no toll free number to call, but that is really not an issue since the email response to me on 2 separate emails was under 12 hours. In fact, that is how I was able to upgrade from the standard version to the Master after i placed my order on Amazon. Also, it is quite rare that one needs to get support since a vacuum is not like a confusing electronic item or computer. I can only recommend this beautiful vacuum since I can admit had i purchased the Shark, it would have been a mistake. In my opinion the Shark is about the best cordless out there, so Tineco really did its homework when it came up with this cordless vacuum. Just to show you the attention to detail, they include an attachment which cleans one of the 4 filters and this is true HEPA. My wife did about 20 minutes of vacuuming on one battery and mostly on low power. It would have gone longer so battery life is excellent. I should mention, my wife is very petite at 5'2" tall and size 2/4. We are also semi-retired. I share that so you realize this is very light and easy to hold and my wife found this more comfortable to handle than the Shark. I did my best to describe this and when I get a chance I will try to take a few photos to show all the attachments included and of the unit sitting in its stand. I do not work for Tineco nor do I do reviews for payment or any other compensation. I am a paying consumer just like you and I used the discount coupon to make my purchase at a lower price. I cannot think of even one thing I would suggest Tineco change....they really got it right!!!

**UPDATED** - ITEM “WAS” DEFECTIVE OUT OF THE BOX. AMAZON REPLACED.
UPDATE: Amazon sent me a replacement unit within 2 days and it works amazing. In Tineco’s defense they did offer a replacement too but it was much more of a hassle going through their returns/replacement process. Amazon was much much easier. I love it for the everyday clean up of my hard wood floors and tiled kitchen and office. It’s so light weight but powerful! It cleans my cream sofas outside and works great on the carpet in the toy hauler. The two batteries mean I can do my whole house (not including any carpet areas). We have 2 dogs and our house is spotless. I highly recommend this if you try to keep a super clean house but find it difficult because of kids or animals. We use the regular Dyson canister vacuum once a week to get under sofas and other low sitting furniture for the more thorough weekly clean and we use this for the everyday pick up of dog hair and whatever else they treck inside of the house after roaming around and playing around outside. You can walk barefooted on the floors and not feel GROSSNESS under your feet. Absolutely love it! I’m still in shock at how well it worked on my outdoor furniture. All around win and I’m super happy with my purchase. I highly recommend. Just remember to dump the canister after each use. You dont want to have to dig up in there to get out what you just sucked up. 🤮🤮 ********************************************************** Right out of the box after charging over night motor turns on for 1-2 seconds and shuts off indicating filter clogged. Went through all instructions again to ensure I set it up right and removed all external stickers or papers that may be contributing to the malfunction but.....to no avail still shuts off. Called customer service and both times they were very kind, honest and thorough. After going through the motions with them it’s been determined I have a defective motor. Initially I was told this vacuum I just purchased.......that was delivered less than 12 hours ago ......would have to be returned first and once they receive it they’d process the warranty request for a new motor and then at some point ship it out....in the mean time I’d have paid $300 for a product I can’t use for an untold period of time. When I expressed my surprise at this policy I was offered the motor first and then upon receipt I am to return the defective one. As I waited for the email I came back to Amazon to see if it would just be faster to return the item as defective and get a replacement. It is. The replacement from Tineco could take up to a little over a week which they were very honest about. However, I bought this last Sunday with the intentions of utilizing it prior to the following Sunday. Unfortunately, while the replacement policy for Tineco isn’t horrible in terms of turn around I do have a faster alternative available to me through Amazon’s replacement option, which will have it here in 2 days. I need this, at the latest, by Saturday for the brunch I am hosting Sunday. I’m counting on all of the good reviews regarding its power and quality to be true so I can quickly and easily vacuum my outdoor sofas. Hopefully the replacement will work perfectly. I will update my review upon receipt of the new A11. For now I have to give 2 out 5 stars for the following reasons: - Both batteries work and charged exactly as expected in the storage/utility box - The unit itself in its entirety is aesthetically pleasing with no scratches, nicks, divots, or dents on anything. Really nice looking - All attachments fit perfectly and quite snug and for a brief moment all LEDs on the brush head lit up as described and the brush began to spin but could not be sustained due to the defective motor. - The 2 seconds it was on it picked up bits of dust that can be seen in the canister. The power seemed to be there if the motor wasn’t defective and shutting off. - Customer service has been absolutely brilliant! They are patient and have offered to assist above and beyond the bare minimum. That doesn’t mean I get what I want but they tried and that means a lot. It’s always far more tolerable when things don’t go as planned when you’ve got great people trying to help you sort it out, even if it doesn’t work out. Unfortunately though, all of that being said, the motor IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART and without that you’re just a great body with no brains.....taking up space with nothing to contribute. I will update upon receipt of the new unit. Hopefully we can get it to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for both hardwood / carpet
I've been using this for 6 months now. Overall, it's GREAT - I use this at least once a day. There are already detailed reviews, so I'll keep it to the main takeaways. First, I live alone in a large 1-BR apt with no pets, but have LONG dark hair. Pros: - suction power is great and has no problem with carpet even without using max mode - never needed more than 1 battery to clean my entire apt - light & easy to maneuver for corners, under spaces, etc. - comes up with just the ESSENTIAL attachments vs. nice-to-have (I'm tight on space so this is great) - love the charging station where I can keep everything together - design is great - easy to clean Cons: - really the only con is that my hair is long and is constantly getting caught in the brush and filters, and what would be a simple "one-touch" emptying the bin, I have to manually grab, pull, and untangle my hair from the filter and brush head every time I clean. I put on disposable gloves (b/c it's disgusting) and do this every time the filter is full, which is once a week or so.

Cordless will change your life!
Edit: I had some issues with the motor after a few months of use. The turbo setting would only last a few minutes before shutting off. The problem gradually worsened and eventually even the regular setting lasted only a few minutes till finally the vacuum would not run at all. This is after making sure the filters are in good shape and the battery packs were all charged. I contacted customer service and they are replacing the motor, but it is a process that takes a few weeks and leaves us without a vacuum. I'm hoping the replacement motor will last longer, but I'm changing my review for now. I've noticed this vacuum's price is really getting up there, and I think it's unfair to leave a good review for something that seems to last less than a year. --- I love this vacuum. If you are thinking of going cordless, go for it and you'll never look back! The battery on the A11 using the regular setting lasts for a touch up of my whole 1500 sq ft home (hardware floors), with stairs and a couch to spare. The 2nd battery back up is also a must for longer jobs or using the turbo setting. The attachments are all useful, and I would recommend the full attachment package if you can afford it if you have hardwood floors and pets. Here is why: The hardwood floor attachment has a velvety roller that will pick up small stones (kitty litter) without scratching the wood. You still have to be a little careful, but it is better than a standard vacuum. Note that the regular roller will scratch a floor if there are bits of gravel or litter. The dusting tools are also great as pet hair and dust are picked up very easily. And the upholstery attachment takes cat hair off your furniture like a charm. If you're a pet owner, then you might know the never ending chore of keeping up with pet hair and crumbles. This vacuum makes it so much easier to do that daily! The bagless feature is pretty convenient, and I'd recommend emptying the bucket in a container outside as the A11 does a great job picking up fine dust. You also must use the filter cleaner attachment, and the vacuum will not work properly if the filter is not cleaned after each use. I wrote to customer service about buying the hardwood attachment due to the issue of the standard roller on the wood floor, and they were quick and helpful. We have a couple of area rugs, and it does a great job on them and our carpeted stairs. You might read for other reviews if your home has a lot of carpet, however, as I don't know how it will perform with deeper piles. This is my first cordless, so I can't compare it to other brands.

My favorite possession- and excellent customer service
I don't think of myself as someone who likes to clean because I am easily distracted and overwhelmed by details, especially with the constant interruptions of family life. Plugging and unplugging, juggling a cord etc just drain my emotional energy. When my old shark went caput I started shopping for cordless vacuums. I read all the reviews, went to view them in Bed Bath and Beyond etc. I purchased a Dyson from BB&B (I don't recall which one, there are so many) because they honor returns and I wasn't sure what I wanted. The Dyson stopped working within 24 hours which I am sure was a fluke but made my decision easy. I wanted the following. 1. to easily slip under furniture and tables without wacking everything and doing calisthenics to maneuver. 2. to vacuum my whole house without losing power. 3. Easy to pull out and put back, obviously no cords. 4. suction deals with sand and hair 5. Easy to clean the machine, empty chamber etc. 1. This vacuum is very easy to maneuver between kitchen chairs (because details like moving them aren't my forte,) under beds etc. 2. The dual battery pack get my through my 1800 sq foot house with ease. But like I said I have a short attention span, I don't want to be cleaning longer than two batteries allows. I usually use the power setting which has great suction for my needs. 3. I get that it is annoying that it doesn't prop up or stand alone for some people but I'm not phased. I have the charger it in a water heater closet with the charging cord under the door so I just throw it in its charging station, prop up the stem between the water heater and wall and viola. I'm good. 4. I have two children and a dog, I'm always amazed by how much it sucks up every single day. It's kind of fun now to see how much hair and dirt get spread throughout the house in 24 hours. Gross, but the fun because of its easy to see in the chamber. 5. This thing is as easy as anything to empty. I usually use a toothbrush to clean the filters even though the built in tool works fine. I just don't understand sucking the fine stuff back up into the system to just dirty up the other filter. Just go outside with an old toothbrush and stay upwind. When stuff gets stuck in the motorized brush it's very simple to untangle because the brush easily pops in and out, (but never falls out.) I'm writing this review even though I purchased it over a year and a half ago because my engine died. I was using diatomaceous earth for a flea issue. Theres nothing saying not to suck up DE, but in hindsight I should have used a shopvac considering how liberal I was with my application. The DE got into the agitators. I am impressed with the company because they are sending me a new motor. I got in a bit of an argument with the customer service via message because I had more questions than they could handle and let's be real, their english was not great. Language issues aside they were super nice. I had no expectation that they would replace my motor because I didn't register the machine like I was supposed to, but apparently that didn't matter. The customer service rep thought my issue was user error but somehow I am still getting a replacement motor. All details aside, a company that stands by their product like this is a gem. I just received a tracking number and my new motor is on the way. Avoid DE, guys, those teeny tiny particles will not do this machine any favors.

Unknown Brand Should Soon be Known
My husband said he would vacuum more if he had a cordless vacuum. We have a lot of hair with 2 corgis. He said he wanted a Shark and I decided to get him a Dyson mainly because of reviews and it was lighter in weight. But before I purchased, I continued to read reviews on cordless vacuums. I found the Tineco had good reviews although not a very known brand. The thing that really interested me was that it had a battery that was removable and a spare to backup (spare is on the A11 which is the one we have) and ready to go. The Shark and Dyson batteries are not replaceable so if the battery wears out, your only option is to buy a new vacuum. I gave him the Tineco for Christmas. Charged it and put it to work. It sounded weak compared to our other vacuums but come to find out it's just quiet so we had to adjust our hearing. The dog doesn't go run and hide when we vacuum near him. Tried it on the hairy rug and it took the hair off. Swept the hardwood floor and engineered floor and cleaned exceptionally. Took a couple more times of use and we discovered the Max turbo mode. I'm telling you, this actually had so much suction that it lifts the rug up so was harder to maneuver but we finally got the hang of it. And the next extra bonus was that it has a cleaning tool for the filter and an extra filter. How many times have we had to wash a filter and we have to wait until it's completely dry before we use it again. Cleaned the entire upper level of the house and never had to recharge the battery although that wouldn't have mattered anyway since there was already a backup battery completely charged and ready to go. As I said, the corgis are hairy. We tried the dusting brush to get the air off the loveseat and a pillow - came right off! I've never been able to get the hair off so easy! I used to use duck tape to get off some of my furniture. We have all hard floor except for large area rugs. There's an optional hard floor head one can buy but the carpet brush does just fine going from one surface to the other. I just went downstairs and vacuumed the carpeted floors on regular suction. I am amazed at how much the Tineco got out of the carpet when I just vacuumed it 2 days ago and there has been very little traffic on it. I also did the stairs and it worked great. The head on our corded vacuum is usually hard to control on the stairs and I usually use the crevice tool. Another plus is the light on the head. I thought this was a waste but it lets you see directly where it's picking up. My husband was vacuuming the bedroom with the shades closed and I said he should turn the light on. He responded why when he can see everything on the floor with the light on the head. I could go on and on about this vacuum. Most reviews say that the cordless is just a quick pickup vacuum and that you usually need to have your corded vacuum for major cleans but I'm not so sure about that with the Tineco. I love it! And so does my husband!

Okay vacuum, battery sucks
Not terrible but it could use improvements. Good suction, light weight and easy to use but the battery life could definitely be improved. The battery doesn’t last long at all and don’t even think about turning the suction up, it will literally die in seconds. For the price I would have liked for the battery to last longer but overall it is an okay product.

Five star product
I don’t normally bother with writing reviews but being a bloke who normally lets the wife and robotic hoover get on with it I had to post my impressions of the Tineco A11 Hero. Being close to retirement I wanted something easier to use than our old broken corded hoover. I spent ages deciding what to get and initially bought a new robotic hoover with no go areas to avoid jumping over chair legs, but it just kept going around in the same spot after I tried setting up the no go areas. My wife said just get me a new corded hoover but I decided to get a cordless stick hoover and read reviews and watched YouTube videos. It came down to the Dyson V10 while it was offer or the Tineco which obviously I bought Hence this review. Even though we have mainly hard floors I bought the Hero instead of the Master which would have come with the hard floor soft roller head and other useful accessories. Even though the head that comes with the Hero is good on hard floors and carpet I may buy the soft roller head and the accessory kit later the angled head in the kit will come in useful for the high window sill we have. My hobby is watching films and I have a dedicated cinema room which my wife says I must keep clean. Because I have two levels of seats with steps it isn’t easy to clean with a heavy corded hoover. The Tineco makes this a breeze due to being cord free, lightweight and easily manoeuvrable. This room is one of the few with carpet and even on standard power it gave it a good clean. I tried it on max power and there is plenty of suction if a deep clean is required. As I said I don’t normally do much hoovering but this is so easy to use that I decided to give the whole house a go. I didn’t even have to swap batteries and spent a few minutes on high power just to try it and the rest on standard power on the hard floor. I told my wife that I used it and was impressed and she told me that she had tried it when I was at work. Her opinion is more relevant than mine and she said it was much easier to use than the old corded hoover and that it picked up well in comparison. The accessories are easy to remove and attach and everything is well made. I like the see through casing showing the inside and also the fact that you don’t have to hold the trigger to keep the motor running but you can if you want to for short bursts. Overall we are extremely happy with the purchase and performance and don’t regret purchasing it instead of the Dyson. Graham

Excellent
Finally switched to cordless vacuum cleaner after grabbing an attractive deal from Tineco. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to start than with Tineco A11 Hero. A truly ingenious product that made our life so much easier. I tried hard to find flaws with it but I have to admit that Tineco really nailed it when it comes to productivity, efficiency, comfort, portability and durability. Covering almost every requirement at such a reasonable and affordable price. Battery lasts for almost an hour on high power mode on full charge. Only thing that didn’t meet my expectation was absence of a spare rechargeable battery with this model and difficulty to claim local warranty. However, I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for cordless vacuum cleaner as compared to its pricey competitors.

Great product and value for money
This stick vaccum has powerful suction and one of the best thing is that it comes with 2 batteries and wall unit that charges both batteries and neatly hangs all the accessories. They also provide 2 filters and a filter cleaning device. This is value for money when you compare with the other more expensive brand. The attachments are easy to clean and another favourite feature is the Led lights on the main attachment that helps you see the dirt on the floor and results in a good clean floor. Highly recommended for houses with hard floors and small carpet areas. Keep in mind that the stick vaccums are only for dry surfaces.
