I have been using it for a while now. There is a noticeable change after using it. Initially it felt a bit weird but got used to it. I use it during the workouts (for 10 mins).

It clearly says that there are separate adjustment knobs for the in breath and out breath but in fact there is only one adjustment knob, so it is necessary to turn the control knob every inn breath and out breath if you want different resistances for inhalation and exhalation. Be warned! Quote: "Equipped with two distinct resistance knobs, this respiratory trainer allows users to finely tune the difficulty of their breathing workouts. Tailoring the inhalation and exhalation forces separately offers a personalized respiratory training experience that can accommodate the varying needs and progress rates of users."

Smells like rubber. Cheap materials and not worth buying. Try better options in the market.

It's good. Does what it says, I can actually feel the improvement in my chest and throat after using this. Very easy to use, just grip it between the teeth. The instructions say to breathe in and out through the device, I prefer to breathe in from nose and only exhale through the device. I'm ordering 2 more for my wife and mother.
