I bought a couple of large sets of Anglegs to use with my high school Geometry class and I love them. In the past I used straws and pipe cleaners to illustrate the triangle inequality theorem but these work so much better! Having 6 different side lengths in six different colors makes it easy for us to describe triangles. I'm looking forward to using these when we learn about polygons.

This "classpack" set contains enough Anglegs if your class works in groups and shares. I used them with accelerated 8th graders to reinforce triangle and polygon concepts. But primary students could also make good use of them. Well-made. Efficiently packaged.

It would be better if they were different lengths as they all close to the same length and all open to the same length so you can't get much variation in size and when you connect to the red tabs they often times "break off".

After 17 years of teaching, these are still my favorite math manipulative. My second through fifth graders have LOVED snapping these together to make shape, measure angles, bend to see the connection between rhombuses/squares, change sides around to make different triangles...I could go on. The package comes with suggested activities, which are wonderful but with a little creativity, you can come up with your own ideas. Highly, highly recommend! Worth paying for instead of using straws and twist-and-ties.

This is an excellent hands-on learning tool. My pre-K students are proficient at making rectangles, squares, diamonds, and triangles. They do a lot of discovery learning with these AngLegs.

These are so great for showing different geometry shapes. They change size easily and have been an excellent investment.

These are fantastic for showing congruency and similarity in shapes. It has also been great for hinge theorem. Bringing tangibility into the math classroom is a must. I was first introduced to AngLegs in a Professional Development training and could not wait to get some funds to buy them. I was so thankful to find them on Amazon!!

Yes, I think they are worth the money, but if you plan to use them with young students they need to know that if they use them like bendable toys - I called them tools that they needed to handle carefully, they easily become useless.
