Great product! Ease to install, faucets look good and match existing kitchen fixtures, perfect performance, solid construction.

I had to replace my old faucet because after a couple years it started to drop a leak every 5 seconds or so. I remembered how horrible it was to install the first one and was sort of dreading this. To my surprise, it was easier than I expected. The part of this product that is under the sink (the threads and rod that hold it in place) are much longer than my old one. This make it quite easy to read up there to get it nice and tight. The overall wight of this one is better as well. Looks and feels high end. No leaks!

Purchased this faucet to use with my Waterdrop filter, and is crazy that the Waterdrop CS team never pointed out to this one when I asked about a black matte option! I’m so glad I found it in Amazon. The faucet is really easy to install, and it comes with fittings for 1/4” and 3/8” which are enough to connect with any filter. It is well built, heavy and looks great with the rest of my kitchen hardware. The best part of it is its height, you can fit almost any water bottles or pitcher under it, including the Stanleys. Very happy with the purchase.

The design, angle, lever, and look is fantastic. It's very simple and the box is well packaged. The mount for the underside is just a hand tightened plastic-type thing - it was hard for me to secure it on my counter. I went to a hardware store and got a washer and nut so I could tighten it down with a wrench. I also got a rubber washer to go on top of the counter, between the faucet and counter to prevent sink water from dripping down - the faucet has a O-ring for that, but the hole in my counter is pretty big and just barely covered by the O-ring so I felt a rubber washer on top would be better.

A breeze to install and works flawlessly.

We use Aquasana filter system in our house for 5 years or so. The faucet that comes with the Aquasana filter is ok, not perfect. If you have a different design of your main kitchen faucet you may want to replace the Aquasana faucet right away with something different. Thankfully, the filter system comes with the standard thin PVC pipe that matches most faucets including this one. The original Aquasana faucet is pretty 'basic' to say the least. It's made of some brass alloy which turns green in a few months. I would be ok with some green, I can scrub it off once in a while, but it had another problem: the valve wears out and starts dripping after the 2nd set of filters. Aquasana does not offer replacement faucets or anything except filter cartridges, and replacing the entire system is not a solution to the problem. So I went ahead and bought this Waterdrop faucet as a replacement. It turned out to be super easy to install, I didn't use the enclosed connector though, I re-used the Aquasana plastic sealer ring and nut that was still attached to the pipe, which perfectly matched the connector thread on this faucet. Lost story short: we are happy, the water flow is great, the quality is great, stainless steel is miles better than copper or brass, no leaks, the faucet height is nearly perfect. So far (3 weeks) all is well.

Great Quality and above all in Customer service. I purchased this in 2023 and a little over 2 years later it started to leak a little. I called Waterdrop to see how I could change the “O” rings that are usually the culprit. The rep Sam said that this unit was not serviceable. Keep in mind the unit was well out of its warranty. Without hesitation Sam escalated this to Harper W. Harper and Sam were both very pleasant and professional. They offered to send me a new one. I had already ordered another brand to replace it. The new Waterdrop faucet arrive before the other brand! I will be returning the other when it arrives and will easily install the new Waterdrop unit. Great company and great customer service!! Great value and quality along with amazing service !

Cheap and horrible. Very stiff handle and spout, handle feels like it will bear very easily, plastic locking ring (horrible design), shows spots terribly, and leaks at the handle. Avoid unless you like messes on your countertop 3 days after installation. Absolutely infuriating to go through the hassle of installation to find out days later its leaking from the handle. I was better off with the 15 year old Danze it replaced. You are not saving money buying this cheap and poorly made faucet. I wont even comment on how terrible the drain that comes with this product was. Straight in the trash.

Replace a chrome RO Faucet with this one. Nice looking faucet, and it don't drip! Long bottom connection stem is what I was looking for because of thick, quartz counter top, this tap fit the bill for everything. Well made, swivels nicely, and looks great!

Would not hesitate to buy had it for almost 1 year and no complaints so far.

Nous avions déjà acheté un robinet il y a 4 ans. Il fonctionnait très bien. Nous l’avons changé pour un noir suite à des rénovations. Il a malheureusement brisé assez rapidement. Le robinet n’ouvrait plus de manière graduelle. La compagnie n’a aucunement hésité à nous le remplacer rapidement. Super communication et service rapide. Je recommande!

Great customer service! Product works great, although I had an issue connecting it to the water filter from the same manufacturer. I ended up having to buy two additional parts, however I reached out to the seller and they were more than accommodating and made sure to resolve the issue promptly. If you do end up buying their water filter system, you'll need to purchase a couple extra parts. I bought a cupling that reduced the size from 3/8 to 1/4 inch. Then I bought a 1/4 inch to 1/4 inch ice maker braided hose to connect it to the filter. Everything works fine, just needed a couple extra parts for this particular faucet and filter system.
