I drink mine first thing in the morning with black coffee. It dissolves very easily without any taste or change to my coffees's flavor. That's important to me because I wouldn't drink it if it had an odor or taste. I initially started taking it to improve the elasticity in my joints. My hip stiffness does seem to be lessened and my mobility is better. This is my first time purchasing this brand. So far so good. The only issue is it tastes like aquarium water so I add a lemon and ginger tea bag and steep it into my collogen infused water at regular room temperatures and it tastes great. No upset stomach and no side effects.

Excellent supplement, the best Collagen , good brand, the best quality, highly recommend

It dissolves quickly in hot beverages, But with tea I could smell a bit of a fishy smell and taste. It wasn’t over bearing but enough to make me not want to drink my tea. So I put it in either coffee or hot chocolate and I can’t taste anything fishy or smell it. I haven’t been taking it long so I can’t say anything about it improving my hair and nails. I’ll just have to wait and see.

Tastes like regular collagen. I mix flavor packets into my drink. Helps with pain I believe.
