Fantasy armour to protect you when battling hungry little pixies. On my 3rd baby (always struggle with the first few weeks of breastfeeding) I got these after getting sore a few days in, they are the best thing I have ever tried to help with sore cracked nipples. After a few days using them I'm healing up and not getting stuck to my clothes or breast pads. They stay on well inside my bra between feeds. I do need to keep a breastpad in my bra with them over the top of the shield to help with the occasional overflow. They are quite obvious from the outside of clothing and give a Madonna style look unless you wear a baggy top but the benefits and relief from not having to try and soak a breast pad or bra off your nipple to feed totally outweigh this, not sure how they work maybe it helps with wound healing by creating a moist environment and the antibacterial propwrties of silver and breast milk together. A little bit socially awkward removing to feed but so far the response has been positive with my younger sister telling me they looked like fantasy armour and my middle child comparing them to fairy hats. They could probably be pushed down into the bottom of the bra when I eventually venture further outside, if they are still needed by that point.

These come as a pair with a little pouch or box to keep them in. They can be used alone or with a cream and do a great job of keeping moisture in, catching small leaks and helping with healing.
