Hard to install
I passed the return date, and my husband and I could not install the doggie door. We are going to get our handyman to install the door.

Product came damaged
Product was delivered damaged, ripped screen, and cracked plexiglass.

Does not fit tight. A lot of big gaps.
Overall this door was easy to install. There was no real assembly required. My only complaint is that there are 1/4 to 1/2 inch gaps in several places. In order to seal it off i will have to use weather stripping and hope that will work to keep the heat/cold out at well as any insects.

Cheap
Flimsy, not sturdy within the slider frame and wiggles around. The plastic pieces that block the screen don't actually fit and pop out if your dogs make the dog door move too much. They also do not cover all of the screen on both sides so my dogs ripped the exposed portion of screen within two days. Might be fine for gentle, smaller dogs but large, rowdy dogs are going to destroy this thing in a few months or less.
