Raypak 406,000 BTU Digital Electronic Ignition Propane Pool Heater

Great heater and easy to install. Now I have only used it 2 days. It brought the temp from 80 to 99 in about 15 hours on a 15,000 gallon 32x16 pool. We had issues lighting it. Make sure you give it plenty of chances to get the air out of the propane line. We run off a brand new 500 gallon tank. I actually contacted tech support because it wouldn’t light. Then I went and tried it a few more times. Then it lit. We never could smell propane and even when burning it’s very quiet and minimal exhaust smell.A wonderful heater and I hope it lasts a long time.Just some key words to help people searching.Pilot won’t light propane won’t light igniter broken won’t turn on intex pool raypak ray Pak won’t heat upAgain easy to use and easy to install.

The media could not be loaded. Used very little. Only went through one tank of propane before it started dumping water. Seller said to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer does deal with the homeowner. Was advised by the manufacturer to contact a dealer. Nearest dealer is 65 miles away, and does not service my area. I offered to pay for the labor, if the seller would warranty the parts. The seller completely refused to help me in any way. DO NOT BUY THIS! Waste of money!The picture above is after 2 months of usage.

There were two payment plans offered on product, 0% intrest for12 monthly payments on my Amazon card was chosenand not applied. Called Amazon got two different answers from two different representatives. I should have realized that 0% interest was too good to be true. Good heater.

Installation was easy. The heater is surprisingly quiet. Heats our spa from 60 dg to 100 dg in about 3 hours. Our spa is 8’ x16.

This unit is badass! Installation was a breeze.. I do recommend that you have your gas company hook up the gas so they put the right regulator on the gas line .. we be swimmin!!!

Junk, just received mine had it professionally installed and the increase temperature button on the console does not work. So I have a $2600 block sitting next to my pool that does nothing..Very disappointed in Rheem and In the swim supplies.

I purchased this heater because we had really good results with our old one of the same brand for over 10 years. When I ordered it, I thought all the necessary parts were included. When it arrived the required draft hood stack was not included. When I asked about it, I was told it had to be ordered separately. The only problem is the draft hood is not available to order through Amazon and In The Swim also did not carry the required part!
