Great Shoe inserts

Works well in shoes without built-in arch support
These are really comfortable shoe inserts that give a good bit of support. It helps with my overpronation and keeps my ankle in proper alignment. They are comfortable to walk in and I even noticed my back not being sore after standing a while. It might be obvious, but these really don't work well in shoes that already have a good arch support built-in - it's a bit too much! I got the 13-13.5 mens and it fit my 13.5 shoes nicely. Just a hint of space near the toe. I can vouch for the "220+ lbs" part too!

Feel Great
These insoles are great! I ordered the Women’s size 8-8.5. They fit true to size and I didn’t have to trim them at all. They are very supportive. Much thicker than I was expecting. I’ve never seen insoles with this kind of support built into them before. They feel great! I put them into a pair of running shoes that I wear frequently for waking and they are very comfortable and supportive for my feet! Excellent product! Exactly what I was hoping for!

Es una muy buena plantilla,se ajusta muy bien al pie,lo único a mejorar es que es muy ancha y en algunas zapatillas de correr sobresale en la parte de delante,cómo que no se ajusta a la forma de las plantillas originales de los calzados,y para tener que cortarla y ajustarla, podría alterar sus propiedades. Es muy sana para las personas con problemas de fascitis.las recomiendo. it fits the foot very well, the only thing to improve is that it is very wide and in some running shoes it protrudes in the front, how it does not conform to the shape of the original footwear insoles. , and to have to cut and adjust it, you could alter its properties. It is very healthy for people with fasciitis problems. I recommend them
